My son and I were on a road trip and had pulled off to grab a bite to eat.
We were very happy to see a taco truck. We love food trucks and we were not disappointed by Taco 66. We had carne asada tacos and the carne asada big burrito. Super big flavors for both of these dishes.
The prices are wonderful as well. For what fast food would cost, you can get more flavorful and much healthier options while supporting a local family owned and operated business.
Good little food truck, tacos needed some sauce, luckily I always have spare fire sauce, the general quality of the meat is good, I had the Carne asada and pork tacos. Price is fair $10 for 4
The food was extremely fresh. And extremely reasonably priced. The tortillas are even homemade. There's a man cooking on a grill outside while the woman prepares the food inside. The truck is located in the parking lot of Forest Park church. I'm assuming they're church goers. So eating here is a good way to support a local Christian family. Just be sure to bring cash for tip.
