So if anyone gets the new tacobell chalupa, just know they come with 2 o three pieces of steak. Now with this economy its just highway robbery. I was already home when I discovered that each chalupa had 2 pieces of meat in one and 3 in the other. Going back to tacobell just to be told that's how they come and I could get a refund , which is got , would have been nice if I was offered a coupon or a comp meal but I wasn't, so just know its not a mistake, they come with 2 pieces maybe pieces of meat. Wish I could post pictures of my food just so everyone can see the meat pieces are less than a inch in length and paper thin. UPDATE pictures posted for reference.

I love the food, but service is lousy. I want to be greeted by a human being, not a kiosk. I didn't get my drink until the food was ready. The food was slow getting out to me. Tell me why I should go back, if I can't receive a greeting from the staff?

I went here to eat since i was at the Marian Day celebration and honestly, this is by far the best Taco Bell i have been to. Food came out fresh and quick. Me and my friends had a great time. I will come back again

My CT Db1 Chicken bowl w/ 3 extras that did not get. But there was 3x rice under everything else. Upon opening the bowl, everything was wilted and dried. Not appearing fresh. Looking closer, it appeared it had already been scratched through. This was at least a $10 bowl. Should I bring it back so you can examine it? Or I will trash it.😡

So I go by this store often after work (get off at 11:30pm) normally when the manager dude is working (sorry don’t know his name) he has dreads & he knows I come often and anyways his service and everything is on point.never any issues.its been a while since something’s been messed up.(use to be out of beans & meat & all kinds of things.would forget some items or wouldn’t add what you added on specific things) it’s been a while.well i go by tonight at 12am.On my way! Home from work they close at 1am mind you.i pull up the lady says”are you ordering through the mobile app today,lady in the window) I say no & a man hops on and says mam we had a rush 30 minutes ago we’re out of food.🙄🤣( I was just getting a side of rice and beans that was it.to add to my food at home)I said ok….i was just getting a side of rice and beans you don’t even have that and he said no.not if you wait I can get that ready,or it’ll be a few minutes but I can make whatever you want…no the man told me they had NO FOOD.as in nothing not even rice or beans.mind you they had a whole entire hour before they close…whoever was working tonight they need to be fired you lose out on money & people don’t want to come back to this location because we get told shit like this.like what fast food place has absolutely NO FOOD,doesn’t offer to make any & is open? Like shut down.close up.tf they on the clock for and Y’all have no food and aren’t taking orders… Only reason I still go to this place is because it’s literally a block away from my home and on my way home from work it’s convenient, but this is the type of shit I don’t like.get it together. I feel like it was getting so late. You know that they didn’t feel like making anything else so they just said that. I know that’s the reason why he said that add to it. Every single time I order food here something is either wrong or missing. The employees at this store literally couldn’t care less about you or the money you spend there. They also pile all of your food into as few bags as possible so it’s impossible to check your bags accurately in the drive through.

They play games if you request anything special. Ex cheese bean rice burrito. No tortilla add extra rice. They will make it covered in hot sauce. They will laugh. They will not provide extra rice. I will not eat at this location. Out of all the taco bells I've gone to this one is the worst experience for if you have a special request due to food restrictions. The staff will torment you into never ordering again. I tried several times and the saw me coming and made it worse each time.

Taco that cost me almost $5 witch probably only took 50, to make .. because they had nothing on them. Plus my burrito sucked even worse. And they were rude ..... Won't go back lost my business. That was the second time .. no more

Ordered via mobile app. Added extra sauces on items for charge and requested some sauces removed. Picked up my order and the incorrect items were in the bag. The tag on the bag did not match the items in the bag even and the one thing that was in there of mine, had sauce that I requested be removed, rendering it uneditable for the toddler. Couldn’t go back to have it corrected because I used my whole lunch hour getting the order.

I’ve never been to a filthier Taco Bell in my life. Every single table was covered in crap and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The bathrooms were disguising too. Just everything was incredibly dirty. The staff messed up five orders in a row, were laughing in the back like it was a joke, and not doing their jobs at all. The entire staff needs to retrained or fired; it was truly pathetic. I feel sorry for the owner that has to deal with such a crappy staff tbh. Here’s hoping things turn around.
