Called to see if lobby was open they said it was open till 10 PM we pulled in at 940 PM and the doors was locked. Nothing major but at least be honest about when ya lock ur doors. Liars suck.

This is the worst Wendy's in the Country! I've eaten at different Wendy's locations all over the United States. But, this one shouldn't be open for any reason. Orders are never right and the employees are absolutely ignorant. Then, when you call to complain the manager is rude and interruptive. This Wendy's is horrible in every way possible from the employees to the dirty lobby and tables. I will never return to this location and will drive to the next town over if I ever decide to eat at a Wendy's again.

Every time I come here my food is either completely wrong or cold. Today I went for my lunch break (after not going for months hoping the new management would fix this issue) and wouldn’t you know, everything but one burger was barely warm. When I called to ask for the DM or RMs number to file YET ANOTHER complaint, they declined and stated I had to come in for a remake. I don’t want a remake, I want one of the few restaurants in this town to take their job seriously. I do not recommend this place at all.

Honestly don’t know why I go there at all. Seems I have to go there every couple of months to remind me it’s bad.
Today I ordered a combo menu item, took my place in line in the drive thru where a woman was yelling at the workers. ‘Nothing warrants that’ I thought as I watched her speed off.
Nothing does, but I may have gotten a clue why she was mad when I got my food and drove off. I started eating my fries which were obviously not fresh. After putting them aside I went for the burger I ordered and found a chicken sandwich.
I calmly turned around and drove back and went into the restaurant. I told them about my order being mixed up and that I was hoping they’d give me some fresher fries.
They handed me a bag that was probably my order and I got the notion they wanted me gone. I left and sure enough the fries were colder than the first order, I didn’t finish them, and my burger was a little better than room temperature.
I really don’t want to harp on the employees as I imagine this is more of a management issue but unfortunately this Wendy’s is consistently providing bad product.

They open at 6:30am and was there 6:45 and the worker was just on his phone at the tables and didn’t take any orders. Wasn’t the first time either. Next time I’ll take a picture and post it here and send to corporate

First time having breakfast. Not a fan. Cold muffin with sausage, cheese not even melted and cold potatoes. Server was pleasant but have noticed the food is never made fresh anymore.
