I have been twice both times I wasn't overly impressed. The food was medocer, honestly it looked like they just threw it in the bag and didn't assemble the sandwich ( waffle) 1st time the bagel was so chewy it was like eating rubber. The coffee drinks are to me ok... I do love the expresso bean though.
Me and my significant other ordered here for the first time today. Not only were our drinks delicious, but the worker at the window was very polite and patient with us. We will definitely be visiting again.
Great attitude and customer service. Just went thru the drive thru in the pouring rain and the young woman who helped me(red hair) was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience of the rain. Not her fault. Very polite. I work for a big retailer in Upper Management and if every one of my selling departments had one just like her it would make my job super easy. Thank you!
