“Staff is very eager to take care of their customers. I recommend going inside to order though and not dealing with the app due to the app sometimes cancels your order and takes your points. McDonald’s corporate won’t refund without a receipt so of course you don’t get your points back because there is no receipt given when the McDonald’s app cancels your order. But the Managers are very nice about explaining that they have no control over the app and are very helpful to make sure your next order is very well taken care of.“
