Oh, well, I have a receipt, I'll send that out with server with your refund shortly waited at least 5 more minutes they came back and they gave me the money she said do you have the food? I said no I sent it back in with the manager. I don't know what in the world is going on at this place. But no I would never recommend it every time we've been here. We had cold food. And we send it back and I just keep thinking. I know sometimes a bad day. It's not a bad day. This is probably their norm. So ased for my refund and I will go to the other fast food restaurants around here. Where they can make food hot. Where they can make food hot and not sit there forever.And tell me that lukewarm French fries. are warm when I pointed it out. I am shocked and beside myself. To say the least disgust and irritated. I can't believe they know how to work or something. Maybe they don't. I don't know what the deal is here. But I'm frustrated and upset so no I would not recommend the place at least not here in Cassville.“

“Let's be real it is McDonalds. This location is the best in the area. However, sometimes, they seem over staffed, which means 5-6 people standing in the way. They seem to always be training, but who isn't these days. The most frustrating part is like the rest of their remodel put all 20 associates with backing facing customers at the front. Several will look to see there are people at the counter but then quickly turn around to continue to hold down the table they are leaning on. Usually, after 5-10 minutes, one of the teens will tell one of the older employees that there are people needing help. However, it has become a game for my teens and I how many will turn around before someone comes to us. It's typically seven, so if you start this game, pick seven.“
