About a year ago I remember walking into this place and it smelling very unpleasant and the manager in charge was a woman with a sailors voice. It was bad. It seems like they maybe under new management with much younger and professional folks in charge. They’ve made a 180 since the last time I was here. Lobby was clean, bathrooms were clean, crew was much more pleasant to interact with, and the food was hot and fresh this go around. We had a great visit!!!!!!!!!!

I used to love coming here, and at least it still seems clean and is a great place for kids to play year round, thank you so much for that. I just don't understand why McDonald's (corporate) has to screw decent things up, like the dollar chicken sandwich by making it spicy so you can't give it to your little ones or elderly on a fixed income. I was happy to see today you have another affordable chicken sandwich but I expected it to be made with lettuce and mayo like just about every chicken sandwich everywhere is made and it has a nasty spicy sauce on it....the patty is delicious but you ruined it with signature sauce whatever the heck that has in it and a pickle, seriously? On a chicken sandwich, you could at least tell folks on the sign that it's nasty so they can ask for it without what they don't like or you should give the option of the regular stuff for no extra, that's another thing when I ask for something special made, if it doesn't cost more for you, you shouldn't charge me more for it. add bacon or cheese sure, but take it off and you should charge me less, that's how mathematics works. Your beef patties are getting smaller and smaller, no joke and your fish sandwich is tiny for what we're paying for it, ridiculous price, it should be 2 for $3 the way it is currently, it's half the size of Hardees 2 for $5 beer battered during Lent and costs the same or more. If Sonic can do a beef patty 1/4# burger half price on Tuesdays, surely you can at least match that. This review is not to harm the Centralia establishment, it's out of their control, it is mostly for corporate so please pass it along, I've been a customer since it opened here, thank you so much for all you do, your customer service is wonderful.

Drive thru was rude interrupted me speaking the whole order. Ordered a chrispy chicken no lettuce add bacon extra mayo n got a quarter pounder not even remotely close. Fries wasn't cooked all the way n was cold. Zero stars!!! Every damn time.

What Stood out in my visits with Dr. Younger... Honest to God Truth she treated my son as a test subject without my permission and when they messed up they hurried to get rid of their mistakes and dr.sarah younger told me she would not treat my son any longer because of his insurance and she had a nurse call me to ask can she remove him because she felt I was Prolonging a Situation referring to my son Tylen I have documentation and photos and videos to prove she treated my son and my family as we were not human. I still have pain from the loss of my son and having to watch him pass away in my arms and I begged her to put him back on life support and save him he had life still she told me no and kept checking to see if he passed away she thought by removing his life support je would pass before I arrived my son lived and she refused care. Dr. Younger came to my sons funeral and tried to show compassion in her eyes but the family didn't agree with her choices she made and she seen that

Incompetent in the morning, you have better luck getting what you ordered in the afternoon. Employees need better training. It's just a mess and getting worse. Go to SonicUpdate still incompetent.Was asked to pull in spot 1, two cars behind me gets put in spot 2. Multiple ppl go through the drive thru some get food. My food conveniently finished the same time as a person that was 3 orders behind mine. And missing fries!Update: looking at the recent reviews cannot be trusted, one person said a month ago the biscuits and gravy were delicious. They don't serve biscuits and gravy. Somebody there is trying to get there friends to display a false representation of this McDonalds. Don't trust the recent 5 star reviews.

Lets just say your order is never correct but its garunteed that the food you do get is cold. while ordering be prepared for "is that all" after every item you order twice because they arent paying attention the first time.
