The staff is fantastic! However, I've encountered a little hiccup with the app. Sometimes it seems to think it's lunchtime when I'm trying to order breakfast at 6 AM. It can be a bit confusing! And on those occasions when I can order breakfast, I’ve noticed I can’t select a drink because it says drinks aren’t available at breakfast. Just a couple of quirks to sort out, but overall, I really appreciate the great service!
It is fast food, most of the time you get perfect service sometimes you don't.

The beef patties are getting smaller, and many feel the prices are too high for the portion sizes. Some users have encountered quirks with the app, such as difficulties ordering breakfast at early hours or not being able to select drinks during breakfast. Despite these minor issues, overall satisfaction is high, and customers hope for continued improvements from the corporate level.
