Melissa is so awesome! She is such a hard worker, great leader and her Customer Service is just as outstanding! She does an excellent job managing when she's working. She is definitely an asset to Centralia Pizza Hut. She's one of the reasons we come here.
Today, Sunday, my group had the most inadequate service! Had to get waitress attention to order. I don’t know whose fault but was told 3 orders had to be redone. Brought us the ‘mistakes’ and said we wouldn’t get charged for them. 🙄
One of them was still wrong the second time!!! And on top of that some of the bills were messed up. With all this nothing came out together!!! Very incompetent help or training. Sad.😞 No apology. Won’t be back.

Our waiter was awesome. Four of us got the buffet. The selection wasnt the greatest but what we had was still pretty good. I just wished they'd put out more premium options. If 4 of us would have ordered 2 largest we would've saved money and got what we wanted.
