Three trips in the area from upstate in the last 6 months. Each trip this was a highlight Breakfast stop. Good food and reasonable pricing. Service on each stop a different server, but each gave attentive service. We will be back next trip.

We stopped here for breakfast/lunch on the way upstate and was greeted by a fabulous greeter who sat us at our table and when we had an extra group joining us at the last minute, accommodated the change happily. We had a waitress named Kimberly who was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Good diner food and great service!

We found this place on line while driving through New York. The service was very efficient and abrupt. It is New York after all. Our omelets were large and pretty bland but they were filling and OK. The place was clean and apparently very popular as it was very busy. It got the job done and we were back on the road

We happened upon the Americana on our return trip from NYC and were looking for a good place to eat. After a brief six minute wait, they were slammed, we were seated and our waitress took great care of us and even brought my wife a second cup of coffee with my water I asked for part way through the meal when she stopped to check on us.(She did it multiple times.) We'll be back.

My morning appointment was scuttled, so I tried a new place for breakfast. Cheryl's Diner was the bomb and so was my waitress, Connie❗

Absolutely horrible service. After waiting on hour for our food we finally asked another waitress for an update (not our waitress I don't believe), we were told we were the next order up. Two more tables were served after that. Those tables arrived and were seated well after us. We were checked up on once during the hour and 15 mins we were there. We always give them the benefit of the doubt when they are busy but this will be the last time we attempt to dine there.

Stopped in with my granddaughter after a very hard day of moving. Order a bowl of soup and the girl brings me a cup but insists it’s a bowl. Ordered calamari that was freezer burnt and tasted horrible and then ordered 2 strawberry cheesecakes to go and get 2 strawberry shortcakes. Just not happy

My mother and I stopped in for a quick breakfast while waiting for my father to have surgery at Garnet Hospital. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. While my mother's scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked, the Greek omelet I ordered was burnt, overcooked and dry. Our toast was also burnt with very little butter and no jam or jelly option. The atmosphere was lively as they were extremely busy. I do not think I will revisit because my meal with unappetizing.

Excellent choices for breakfast. All the options that can be expected. Most of them are well prepared and hearty servings. If you get the steak and eggs, choose the NY sirloin. the Roumanian steak wasn't very good. Large selection of items for lunch and dinner. Beware the freshness of salad leaves.

We we promptly seated by a friendly receptionist. Waitress came quickly to get drink order. She was patient in giving us time to look over their extensive menu. Something for all tastes. Food came quickly and was delicious.
