I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!!
the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China....read full review
I have been a long time customer, I eat at Charley's once or twice a week, but last night the sandwich meat was different. the meat the cook tossed on the grill looked to be about 50/50 ratio of meat and fat, usaly I don't even notice fat , when eating the sandwich it tasted terrible ,the meat was completely different.... if this is your new normal you have just lost a long time customer
