This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. For the past two years my kids have dragged me here, and every single visit the staff somehow manages to sink lower than the time before. It’s almost impressive how consistently terrible they are. If it were up to me, I’d never set foot in this dump again but sadly, I’ll be forced to, and I’ll loathe every second of it.

The workers here are so kind! I biked to Dunkin’ and as I was leaving, my bike started having problems. The staff noticed through the window, came outside, and fixed it for me. Amazing customer service! My iced coffee was also ready before I even finished paying, and it tasted great. Thank you!

I've been here a few times, and the coffee is always great and the food consistently hot. There’s occasionally a minor mix-up with the order, but it's always quickly and kindly resolved. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Never had a bad experience — I’ll definitely be back for more!
Service this morning was WONDERFUL! The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and completely paid attention to detail (making sure stickers were on each of my boxes, so when I fell the donuts would stay in the box-3 dozen and a large coffee)! Also I agree there needs to be music playing in the mornings to get things moving and wake people up! Thank you for all of your help and the great service! We will be back!

Incompetent employees. I made two mobile orders, arrived 15 mins later and was told that it wasn’t ready yet because they received two orders under my name. Aka it was my fault… What?? No, you’re a slow worker. Turns out they hadn’t even started making it yet. Blaming a customer for your incompetence is never a good call.
The three people working at this location proceeded to bumble around slowly as if they were just hired. I got my food and drink eventually but I would not visit this location if you value timely service or customer care.

Bought 6 donuts and they were stale! If donuts are your specialty, don't lose a customer trying to be thrifty! I paid full price, not day old price. So disappointing.

This was a standard dunkin. My sense is the ownership changed recently. Went early November to get 25 Munchkins. As soon is i opened them i was disappointed. You could tell these were left over from the previous day (on powdered munchkins the powdered sugar starts to get absorbed and the white color changes. When fresh it falls off the donut - these did not.) Disappointed in this locale now.

Bad service. They ran out of syrup to make a chai latte and said they could either get us a refund or get us something else. I said refund, and they couldn’t refund it on the reward. I honestly don’t know what they said or what they were talking about, so yeah. Not great service. Decent food, but not great service.
