We had another wonderful Mother’s Day brunch at Veritas. Thank you to the whole crew! You made my family and I feel very special. We loved the scrumptious food. It’s not a buffet. The food is absolutely incredible, amazing, delicious, and scrumptious, with wonderful flavor. Dishes are beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. Menu highlights include the unique Devil on a Horseback, the perfectly balanced goat cheese and eggplant dip with fried pita, tender and rich braised pork, and steak frites cooked to perfection. For brunch, such as the wonderful Mother’s Day brunch, offerings include appetizers like deviled eggs and shrimp, yummy southern style grits, and an amazing bread basket. Main courses feature delicious eggs Benedict, quiche, brioche French toast with baked fruit, and tasty eggs Norwegian with smoked salmon. Decadent desserts include a to die for chocolate brownie with ice cream, lemon poppyseed muffins, and delicious chocolate chip cookies.
The cocktail program is equally impressive, with innovative, multi-layered drinks like one of the best spicy margs ever, the Spicy Mama Marg. The entire team is gracious, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making guests feel very special and welcome.
