If there was a zero star option, i would have picked it. The last 2 times that ive been through the drive thru on my lunch break, i have had incorrect orders and waited an exceptionally long time for them, even being the first or one of the first vehicles in line. I waited so long the last time that i think 12 cars went by while I was waiting. Went inside to see what was going on. Total chaos and disorganization. The employee, who i believe was the manager, was rude on top of everything else. I highly, highly recommend not choosing this location.Poorly run! Poorly managed!

Make sure you check your food if you use the mobile app. To pay extra dollar for bacon and not have it after not eating all day it's kind of disheartening

Place is a horrible!!!! Stale buns, soggy fries, and a terrible experience overall. Needs new management or shut down. Unacceptable.

Currently still sitting here. I ordered in the app for table service and used a table number and they did not give table service they put it on the number and called out the order. Then in addition they got my order wrong. I went back up to have it fixed and yet again the food was not brought to me but called out again.

If you are not going to honor table service do not have the placards out. Also pay attention to the order details! Also clean the tables off instead of having employees walking around looking dumbfounded trying to look busy

It's okay. They tend to speak over you when your still ordering. Sometimes they are very friendly and other times they are not. It is the only mcdonalds close to chesterfield so it is busy at times. At a very congested intersection /4 way. Food is sometimes not fresh. Depending on when you go.

Why is it everything I go through for a coffee they all seem so miserable? Rude. Angry. It's the weirdest vibe ever...but it's a drive through and a coffee so it's whatever. But seriously...when u go here, take notice of how miserable and rude they all seam.

Utter disappointment. Everything on my order was incorrect. Burger wasn't plain, drink and fry the wrong size and no sauce in the bag. How can you mess this up so bad? Definitely the only time I'll be visiting during my travels.
