We are enjoying our meals so much! I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery and these have been incredible! I may continue because they are so tasty. I feel like we need candles and wine at every meal! TY
I have been eating their meals for breakfast and lunch now for 3 months. I have lost 20 lbs in that time and feel great! The meals have great portions and give me a long lasting boost of energy without any crash. The meals are really good and made fresh with wholesome ingredients.

Most of the dishes are very tasty. They season well compared to a similar company.Best option for me is any dish that includes mashed cauliflower, a green veg and a protein.Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that you can’t use the gift certificate bought online in store and stock was very low when I went to buy food. I recommend shopping online and paying the small fee for delivery to get all the options.
