Frustrating experience at Qdoba – order still wrong after waiting an hour!
I placed an online order for pickup at 5:15 PM last Thursday. When I arrived, I grabbed the bag with my name, only to realize it was the wrong order. I waited in line to let the staff know, and they agreed to remake it. I was told it would take 10 minutes because they needed to cook shrimp.
Fast forward 40 minutes later, my food still hadn’t been started. I finally got my order at 6:30 PM, more than an hour past my scheduled pickup time. They gave me queso, cookies, and a drink as an apology, which I appreciated—but when I got home, I realized my husband’s bowl was missing BOTH the steak and shrimp, which were the main ingredients of his meal.
We even filled out the customer survey on our receipt, hoping for a response, but never heard back. This was a huge waste of time and money. Mistakes happen, but waiting an hour for a corrected order—only for it to still be wrong—is unacceptable. Disappointed in the service at this location.
If you don’t want to wait an hour for the wrong food, double-check your order before leaving!
Really disappointed with the food, and it’s been this way a couple times consistently now. Completely out of the fajita veggies, the rice is overcooked and hard, almost cracked my tooth. The chicken was dry and seemed like had been sitting out for a while.
Poor service, little portions and no utensils
Make sure you check your to-go orders because they will leave off ingredients and make no note of it. My veggie bowl was missing 4/9 ingredients. I just got a shrug about the guac, they were too busy to make more, but they weren't too busy to make fresh fajita veggies or put the other missing ingredients in side cups. At least some of my ingredients were replaced.
They should have the option to turn off online orders or something to manage flow and keep up with stocking ingredients.

Love Qdoba, but this location is a trainwreck. It's been heading steadily downhill for the last few years, but we went earlier this year and they said it was under new mgmt and would get better. It has not. They are out of something EVERY time we go. Could be ground beef and queso dip, could be salsa, cups, and tortillas. On my most recent visit, they were out of corn salsa, guacamole, and to-go lids for bowls. They used foil instead which caused a mess upon removal at home. Their soda machine has been broken for weeks. The store is dirty, the staff all seem like they want to be anywhere but there, and the food often looks and tastes like it has been sitting out since breakfast. Do yourself a favor and go the few miles up the road to the Town and Country location.

Slow. Take their time, have trouble with following your basic requests and sometimes have to make your burrito again.

I love Qdoba's menu but the meals we received tonight were way below the normal. The tortilla strips were crumbled stale chips. Some of the rice wasn't cooked. The side of salsa looked like a do-it-yourself kit with tomatoes in one cup and tomatoe sauce in another.

Let me preface this by saying that I NEVER write reviews, even if I don't receive good products or service. This terrible encounter has driven me to write a review so others can stay away from this location. I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. Where do I begin? First, the chips were soggy, and I mean really soggy...think wet newspaper consistency. Gross. My daughter's kids quesadilla was supposed to be chicken, but they made it with steak. They forgot her side of chips and the milk for her drink, but I didn't realize this until I got home. I ordered the QuesaBirria burrito...I would guess there was less than 1 oz of meat in the burrito and the entire thing was slightly warmer than room temp. Gross. I have loved Qdoba for years, but this experience burned me bad enough to stay away. Such a shame...

Four times we have ordered online for food and drinks and four times now we are told when we arrive to pick up the food the fountain drinks aren't available. They won't even refund you the money and give you an attitude as if it's normal to not expect money back for items you didn't get. Go somewhere else I won't be eating here anymore.

This was the absolute worst Qdoba experience ever. We arrived there around 7:15 after my sons baseball game. There was no one cooking, food looked like it had been sitting there for hours, and they were out of multiple items. I then asked for a soda from the machine and when I was going to get my soda, every soda was out except for a few and non that I liked. So I asked the workers and they said I could have my choice from the bottle soda. Again, there were two sodas to choose from and none I liked. Then we arrived home and we started eating our food. It was cold and honestly disgusting. The chips tasted as though they had been out for days and some of them were even soggy and wet. I will absolutely NEVER be going back and spending my money here.

I arrived at 7:35 PM to order a bowl. After I had my rice, I realized they were out of spicy chicken then I got over to the grilled veggies, and it was empty along with three trays of items and then there was no guacamole. The store store didn’t close for another hour and 25 minutes. I told a young girl manager that she probably should be making more vegetables for customers and she just said thank you for coming and ignored me. These are kids running this store I would definitely go to chipotle and skip this place.
