We’ve been here 1,000 times - tonight the worst server ever - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. The rudest waitress with a terrible attitude and rapport.
We won’t be back anytime soon.

RC salad is one of the best. Every pasta dish I’ve ever had has been amazing. Especially love the Key Lime pie too!

Omg, the salad was so fresh. We ordered 3 appetizers, all yummy. Deb and our waitress were top notch! You can bring your own booze! I will go again, even though I live in Arizona!

We have been going here for at least 15yrs. The waitresses are friends now. Prices are fair and food always good. I love their chicken marcella. That's my favorite and go to. Salads are yummy.

I rarely review places but we just left Rich & Charlie’s and the experience was so bad that I came to see other people’s reactions to this location. The restaurant is tiny and very crammed. We were sat at the entry to the dining room where the table opposite us had a person seated on the end of the table. People were having to squeeze past our table to get between the persons back and our table. We had purses hitting us and belly’s being drug across our food. It was horrible. They do not have a real kids menu and said we could choose between 2 kids pastas or just order a 1/2 order of any pasta on the menu. We opted to have our kids get the spaghetti with meatballs off the menu. They charged us extra since the kids split this meal instead of ordering two half orders. They also don’t have any alcohol in the restaurant. I tried to order a glass of wine. They suggested walking down to The Cheese and Wine store and bringing the bottle back. I did and they were closed. I then found out that they would have charged me $2 per glass to drink my own bottle. All in all, the experience was terrible. Service was okay and the food was fine. Our bill was just under $100 and we will not be going back again.

We almost always do takeout. They are fairly well organized but it can get very busy and the inside area to wait for food is very small.
