Rich & Charlie's Woods Mill

Came here for dinner with my friends the other night. I ordered the penne ronzio (I haven't tried this before and it came with bechamel sauce so) and it tasted okay, I guess I don't really have much to compare it with but it was decent pasta. The portions were huge (I wish they could have an option to get half of the amount).

Service was great, staff was nice and gave us bread for the table. She also came to check in on us a bunch of times.

The restaurant itself is tiny so it gets loud and crowded. Getting into the lot was a bit tricky though so watch out for that.

Would most likely come back and try the other food but maybe not any time soon.

Been a long time customer but I think things have gone down hill. Ordered the RC Special sandwich for lunch. Absolutely nothing “special” about it. More bread than meat. You’d think since it was their “special” they’d put some love into and be proud. But it’s nothing special believe me.
Ordered the toasted ravs too. Definitely not the same. I think they’re buying thru a different distribution. These ravs are just plain and have no taste. Guess I’ll have to break up with R n C and go elsewhere going forward. It’s too bad the food and service isn’t like it use to be back in the day. Sad times 😢

Customer service is very important if you have a business and I’m giving the restaurant a 1 rating. I lost my youngest daughter on August 3rd and I was still grieving. I gave the cashier a tip because she said she would bring my food to my car. That never happened. When I got my wings they did not put the ranch in the bag or even ask me if I needed ranch. So I asked for 3 small cups of ranch. The cashier said she had to charge me. I said ok.

The point I am making is you don’t know what people are going through but it wouldn’t have hurt the business to give me that ranch for free. Go the extra mile especially if you didn’t ask me if I needed ranch. Also she did not offer me a small bag so when I put the ranch in my bag it feel over everything!

It’s only the restaurant where customer service needs to improve!

Tutti Mare was fabulous! Fresh and amazing with a light sauce rather than a heavy cream. Server was awesome, very helpful especially since I had a walker as to where I could keep it close and helping my guest and I to be comfortable in seating. Very friendly staff and other guests. Awesome evening all around!

This is a hidden treasure.. Quick service, great pizza, cozy dine in.
It's small - mot folks were ordering take out- but we sat in and ate at the counter and didnt mind at all. Great place!!

Really enjoyed the food here. But the last time we went we ordered plain butter noodles and they raised the price from the previous visit. It’s a little cramped in here too.

I’ve always loved this place.. I waited 30 minutes for a salad - chicken was pink and lettuce wilted… I know it was busy but no excuse for $18 on a salad with chicken to not be up to expectation for what consumers pay.

This place holds a special place in my heart. It's been awhile since I visited, but everything still tastes great. My wife also approved being a first timer.
