This was my first visit and I’m glad I gave them a try. I usually drink Starbucks then grab breakfast some place else because Starbucks food isn’t for me. Scooters has these cinnamon buns and they are delicious…the coffee was also pretty good. I may have to have my morning coffee at Scooters from now on.
Feb 6 2026 at approximately 5:46p I had a rather unsatisfactory experience at this scooters location. I ordered a large hot autumn caramel swirl latte; as is, no modifications. I have reason to believe I was given a sugar free version of the drink, as my coffee was disgustingly sweet. I have ordered this drink before and its never tasted disgustingly sweet before. BEST! BEST!! BEST location!!! They’re the nicest bunch of people. The drinks are always made consistently whether I visit in the morning or afternoon. They’re all very friendly and accommodating. I usually order on the app and if I need to make a change, whether I selected the incorrect milk, want to change how much ice, or if Sugar Free syrup is an option for the drink I purchased, it’s never been an issue. I’ve tried another Scooters location and they need to be trained...
