This location has taken a dive. My past four visits, there has been one person working and they can't keep up. Today's visit was the worst as the guy working behind the counter told everyone that walked in it "would be an hour" to get their order.

Understaffed.
I was told the taproom restroom was closed to customers today. It is illegal to sell food and not have a rest room available. O have reported your location to the health dept and Chesterfield city hall. Shame on you

The store was very clean staff was very very nice smoothie King is my favorite this is absolutely one of the best stores I used to go to the high ridge location when I lived in between but now this is my go-to spot keep it up

I love this place it has such great customer service. The smoothies are always delicious and look exactly like the picture on the menu. I love how friendly all the workers are and the pineapple surf is a must try ! I recommend this place if you’re looking for refreshing, healthy sweet treat.

The young lady employed here is alone and completely overwhelmed!!! There’s absolutely no way she should be expected to take all of the orders and make everything alone!!! Wait times are extremely long but I dare not say anything to her because she is already struggling! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a Chocolate Gladiator and it tasted incredible. Had the perfect ratio of protein to chocolate. The staff was super friendly, even when it was super busy. I’m super happy with my experience and will definitely go here again, even with me living farther away than other smoothie kings
