I don't eat a lot of healthy food, but Smoothie King allows me to introduce something more healthy into my diet that also tastes really good. I typically go every Friday. The biggest reason I give this 5 stars is because of Rachael. When she is on shift there, you know everything will be right and taken care of. She is outstanding at her job, very attentive to customers, easy to talk to, and such a wonderfully sweet person. I can get that great tasting smoothie at any of their locations, but Rachael is what keeps me coming back to this location week after week.

I absolutely love this Smoothie King location! The team here is always so helpful, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. The general manager is incredibly sweet and always goes out of her way to assist customers and make sure there’s little to no wait time, even during busy hours.

The store is always super clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. Out of all the Smoothie King locations I’ve been to, this one is by far my favorite. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great smoothies and even better customer service! 🥤✨

What are the actual hours here? Today is the third time I have shown up (or placed an online order…) and the building has been closed despite hours listed opening at 7am during the week.

Ordered online and arrived at the store to find it closed. Left and came back an hour later and it's still closed. How do I get my order?

Abby at this location is AMAZING! The restaurant was PACKED and she was covering it all alone. She made sure everyone was taken care of and my order came out perfectly. 10/10 recommend this SK location specifically for Abby alone. 🥰🥰🥰

40 minutes for a drink & toast is insane. Maybe have more than 2 workers on a Friday (when you offer free upgrade) during lunch time. I was made late returning to work & was given attitude when I told them to forget the smoothie I would just take care of it later. After already having being told 10min prior to that when my toast came up they were working on my smoothie. I do understand they had a large dash order come in that put them behind but this is no more my problem than it is theirs. I can’t comment on if the toast was good as I didn’t have time to eat & had to high tail back to work. Then was so frustrated that I didn’t even want to drink the smoothie. I ordered smoothie king bc I thought it would be a quick on the go option & I was only getting bc I know I needed to eat a little something. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location again.

AMAZING!! We were up there in chesterfield for a medical treatment and it was an amazing treat to get the day before and right after the treatment! We wish we could’ve gotten it more! We can’t wait for my next treatment to stop by again! The staff was incredible!

Bad experience at this location, I was supposed to get a call from corporate or whoever thinks they can help and have yet to get it. This is one of the worst locations due to poor management. Ended up asking for a refund because the waiting exceeded over 45 minutes for an app order and was given the wrong amount back.

My husband and I stopped in for smoothies. We visit Smoothie King fairly often and these smoothies tasted freezer burned and we're extremely thin. We took them to our car and tried them, immediately took them back in for a refund because they were horrible. Except there was no manager on duty so they couldn't refund, just took out information. Of course we got no call back for it, so we are out $20 for nothing.

This location has taken a dive. My past four visits, there has been one person working and they can't keep up. Today's visit was the worst as the guy working behind the counter told everyone that walked in it "would be an hour" to get their order.
