This Subway is never open when their hours say they should be. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Always Disappointing. Today I went by about 9:10 (hours on door say open at 9:00) and the man in the store came to the door and said they wouldn’t be open for “another 30min or so” as he just got there. Wow. I don’t know how this location has survived. This is the second time I have gone by and there were closed during advertised hours.

I absolutely LOVE Subway!! The quality is always great and consistent. I especially like the one in the shopping area at the intersection of Clayton and Baxter roads. There's a guy that seems like is always working there and he's very nice and always makes consistently great sandwiches.

I don't know how places like this stay open. For a food establishment, not very clean. The employees act like they're working at a funeral parlor. I guess this is the bottom of the barrel in a market with poor choices for employees. Never going back here. Just wow!

I have never been to a subway that ran out of ingredients to make sandwiches with. I know we are not perfect but the attitude that comes with the service just puts a damper on things. How come every time I come in there is a someone doing counts but yet something is out. There is a man that smokes outside and will come in if more than 3 people are waiting in line. I'm sure hes been working here for a while and is fed up with how the store is being ran but he only asks you simple quiet questions and makes it seem like you're a burden even though they are out of things like cheese and meats and expects you not express frustration. I have been many times where they opened hours late or closed hours early or even just not open for the day. I always feel horrible coming here but it's close to my work and I don't have time to go anywhere else if I don't bring my lunch. Please make this store decent I would love to start coming and not feeling bad everything I come and go.

I was in today around lunch time but there was only 1 employee working to make sandwiches. I think his name was Bill (he was great!) . I could hear someone in the back on the phone instead of coming out to help with the customers. I am on a short lunch so it would be nice to get in and out.

I got a meatball sub and chips here. The meatballs were chewy like rubber and smelled weird. The chips were stale even through they didn't expire until April 2019. I attempted to come back for lunch today to give it another chance and they were closed on at Sunday at 2pm???? The hours say 4pm and even that surprised me. They must not get very much business or they are individually owned and not running very well. What a shame!
