I wanted to commend the store and all the employees. I ordered food from the Taco Bell off of Grand Blvd. And I got the complete wrong food. I paid for 25 layer burritos and was given some sort of cinnamon sugar dessert things. I was on my way back home and figured I would stop at the Chesterfield location Taco Bell and didn’t have a receipt or anything I just explained what happened and I believe it was the manager said she wasn’t going to make me pay for something again....

I've been to this location two times recently, and both times, the food was well prepared, fresh, and better than expected. Staff was pleasant. It's also seriously the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to. I personally like the order screens as it makes it easier to add or remove ingredients from my order. My husband likes to order extra meat. I like to add spicy ranch to EVERYTHING! ;) My only complaint is that I would like to get a printed receipt. It appears...

Using the kiosks was pretty simple and straight forward. The staff handled some disgruntled customers very well and i applaud their patience. In the hour i spent here, no less than 4-5 people were very impolite, impatient and very disrespectful, but the employees still treated them with respect.
