Panera Bread Reviews
Long time customers and today we decided to have lunch delivered to work. One of the meals was missing. When called to talk about it, they transferred us to the catering manager (yelling “Messed up order” instead of a hold or transfer option) and she said that they do not deliver and have only had one order go out today. Good place to go for lunch
I would use caution when ordering from here. Deliveries sometimes are not right and recently not on time. Ordered 2 meals today for a 1120am pickup. Not brought to the counter until 1140am. Order was not correct. Brought to the attention of the staff and it was corrected. Was given a $10 gift card. St. Louis Bread Co., also known as Panera, offers delicious and fresh food, including tasty salads, macaroni and cheese, and the option to swap chicken for tuna. The seating is plentiful both indoors and outdoors. The staff is friendly and helpful, often going above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience. For example, they have been known to bring cookies to small children and remember regular customers' orders. The restaurant is a convenient option for those working nearby, with popular choices being the mac and cheese with turkey chili mixed in and ham and cheese grilling. However, wait times for orders can sometimes be longer than expected, and service experiences may vary. Some customers have noted issues such as card payment difficulties and less professional behavior from staff, including passive-aggressive remarks. Despite this, the restaurant maintains a good reputation for its food, with many enjoying the variety of salads and breads for vegetarians. The restaurant and parking lot are both on the ground floor, making it accessible for all. Kids are always welcome, and the restaurant provides a comfortable environment for groups, with staff often going out of their way to make special occasions memorable.
