the manager that is in charge said she was going to send me coupons multiple times. I still haven't received them. I've called multiple times. last time I called she said she was going to ups them to me so there was a tracking number. Never received the email like she told me I would and no coupons. It has been months. I've called and called and still get the same answer! Guess this is how they do business! Sad!!
This is THE Christmas Eve experience. We have gone other times but we have been on 12/24 for the last few years. It really gives the family a chance to have a lengthy and relaxed meal and chat with one another. Food is always splendid and service has been impeccable each time. Thanks again.

Came here with family on Sunday and had a great experience! All of the food was great, the waitress was very nice and knowledgeable, the manager was attentive, the restaurant was clean, and they responded quickly to a mishap with our meal. The portion sizes were great, everything was great. My only complaint is that the water in the bathroom didn’t get hot, or even warm. It was ice cold. Other than that, our experience was amazing. This was the first time I came and ate all my food, but it could’ve been because we brought the kids and they helped lol can’t wait to come back. My husband loves the banana’s foster, I love the green goddess. Oh and the pine nuts in the Caesar salad! OMG! Perfection! Thank you Melting Pot for a great lunch!

It was our first time dining at the Melting Pot and it did not disappoint. Gabriel our server did an excellent job explaining the different courses and food and cooking options. The food was delicious and it was a really fun experience. Would definitely recommend going here

The food was terrific. But the timing and staff communication was off. We waited a really long time after we got our order in before we got the initial cheese fondue going. After that, we got interrupted about nine times (3 per course) with people trying to take away our food. It was so weird. We would still have food, still have things cooking, still be eating, and they would come up and ask to take it away. We turned it into a joke. But it was really weird. Don't get me wrong, our waiter was very knowledgeable and very polite and good at making the experience unique for us. But when you're spending almost $100 per person, you really need things locked down. I would also add that the restaurant looked nice and was clean, but again, not what you'd expect when you're spending big dollars.

My husband and I tried The melting pot for our anniversary. There were sooo many options to choose from and everything looked so good! What we ended up getting was amazing! I opted to add a package which included rose pedals and candle light to make it more intimate! I have recommended this venue to several others since our experience. We will definitely return!

The last time I went to the melting pot was over 20 years ago, and I went to the one in the city and the vibe was really cool. So I take my fiancé there, thinking the same thing will happen… not so much. Now, our waitress was really great. None of this is her fault. In fact, she was the highlight of our evening, but food was subpar, and the drinks were less than average. I guess the biggest thing is my husband was so busy trying to cook our food that we didn’t get to relax and unwind, which is why we like to go to dinner. It just seems really expensive for mediocre food where you have to do all the work. Oh, and there were babies crying at tables next to us. That is a no go for me. It was not the romantic experience I had hoped for. To be honest, that cheese, fondue as the first course was amazing! Everything else, including the salads, I could’ve done without. We left before dessert and ended up eating dinner somewhere else. No big deal, but if I was saving up for a nice night out, I wouldn’t go here.
I almost forgot. We ordered 2 Grey Goose and cranberry’s and we were asked if we wanted them tall or short. I ordered shorts, and then they came in tall glasses. The bartender had the audacity to tell me that they did not have any short glasses. OK, then why did you ask me?
Kid-friendliness: This place might as well have been a McDonald’s Playhouse for all of the ambience it had.

3 * only because of the atmosphere
We have been melting pot patrons for years but we have slowly pared down our visits due to the consistent decline in food quality. We order the garden pot since we are vegetarians. There was a time when we used to get a big platter for different kinds of veggies, raviolis, etc. Similarly for chocolate fondue we used to get a huge platter of different kind of goodies including cheese cake (cheese cake now is $7 extra!)
Now, for $30(!!) garden pot this is what was served - 3 small cauliflower florets and 2 broccoli florets, 3 small pieces (halved and quartered) baby carrots, 6-7 tiny sprigs of asparagus and literally 1 artichoke heart cut into 3 pieces, 2 exact pieces of ravioli and 5 small pieces of vegan meats. It was SOO TINY that I was shocked that I asked the waitress thrice if that was all! she then gave me some potatoes and mushrooms.
The quality of the cheese in our cheese fondue was horrible. We always order Fiesta and this time the cheese was SO very stringy (it didn't melt properly at all) that it was very off-putting.
It was a good thing I went with my 12 year old since he was so hungry that he didn't seem to mind.
The restaurant really has to up its food quality for what they charge (especially for vegetarians!).
