I wish I could give a better review. Me and my husband have gone to the melting pot once to twice a year, but definitely once a year for our anniversary. We had a not so good experience the last time we went almost a year ago in November. We didn’t get the add ons we paid for and our waitress was slow and made the dinner awkward. She took forever to bring us anything and overfilled water glasses at our table as well. We also had an issue with the “surprise” for our anniversary. We have always had really good service at the melting pot and we were just unhappy how the experience went because it was our anniversary. We reached out to the manager not once but twice and they stated we would get gift certificates so we could go back for the cost of what we paid which was a lot. We never received the gift certificates in the mail so we asked if we could pick them up in person and we were told no. We won’t be going back unfortunately because of this.

We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary tonight and went to Lamp and Lantern location. We brought my mom and my husband's step dad. Our server Zoe was so great! She was very attentive and explained all the things! Kept our drinks full and even painted a plate with chocolate to celebrate. Food was wonderful and we really enjoyed our evening.

Our experience was great! This was one of the best meals I have ever had. From the food to the service to the experience, it was an excellent time. Our waiter Roman was awesome! He was great at telling us the facts about the food. Would highly recommend. I would give it a 6/5 if I could!

Paul was our server for my daughter's birthday dinner. He explained everything very well, checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything and was very friendly. We will definitely recommend him again when we go back! Great job Paul!

My fiancé and I had an incredible time together our server was so nice and observant she asked if we were celebrating anything and we mentioned our engagement party next weekend she later surprised us with drawing my ring in chocolate at dessert 🥹super yummy food and a very clean environment! We cannot wait to come back🙏🏻the manager even stopped by our table to make sure we were still doing good as well and introduced themselves!

A huge shoutout to Emma, one of your servers! We've had the pleasure of being in her section several times, and every visit is a perfect one. Her service is truly exceptional. She's always so friendly and welcoming, and her timing is impeccable—she knows exactly when to check on us without being intrusive. Emma's great attitude and her commitment to excellent service are a huge asset to your restaurant. She is consistently top-notch and always makes our dining experience a memorable one.
