Tikka Tangy Reviews
oh my goodness. 10/10 need to come back again. I got the chicken masala byo curry bowl and strawberry milk tea. my best let me try some of her falafel gyro and mango Boba. that was pretty good too. Great portions, very flavorful. I will need to come back multiple times because there are several other things that looked good that I will need to try!
Came over the river from Illinois to shop at Y-kiki Divers. Walked over for dinner and very pleasantly surprised and impressed. Not your usual assortment of Indian cuisine (dozens of options), but food was delicious, served fast, and plenty to share or take home for lunch. Would easily recommend this place for a casual meal.
This was an amazing dinner. We liked it enough to order a to go meal for the next day. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The service was friendly and great! I would highly recommend this place to eat.

Tikka Tangy is a modern Indian/Mediterranean fusion restaurant that offers a diverse menu with many plant-based dishes. The restaurant has received praise for its fresh, flavorful food and friendly service. Customers have enjoyed dishes like the chicken tikka masala and the chicken bowl, both full of flavor and delicious. The lamb shawarma was described as the best ever, tender and bursting with flavor, with a green chile sauce that has a serious kick. The butter naan was fresh and hot out of the oven, adding to the positive experience. The Naan tacos and curry bowl are highly recommended, and the homemade sauces are divine. The restaurant's well-organized online ordering system allows customers to easily navigate and select spice levels for certain items. Their Thali Indian dish, which includes two entrees, white rice, naan, samosa chana chaat, and vegetable fritters, has been praised, with the samosa chana chaat standing out. Several customers noted that the butter chicken curry was particularly creamy and delicious, with a smoky flavor from the tandoor. The vegetable fritters were enjoyed, especially when dining in. The menu also features a variety of other options like Indian curry, Gyros, falafel, Schwarma, and even pizzas, offering something for everyone. While some found the rice a bit mushy, the overall experience remains positive. Prices are reasonable, and many customers plan to return to try other menu items.
