I enjoy this restaurant for it's cleanliness and freshness of it's food. My Lo Mein dish was flavorful but the noodles seemed a bit overcooked.

Ordered doordash while I work working and found a bug in my Beef and Broccoli
Perfect for takeout. Customer service was kind and concise, perfect for a quick and easy order. The food is the best Chinese I've ever had. Delicious Orange Chicken and Chicken Lo Mein. They gave fortune cookies with the meal, and we got some almond cookies as well that were great. Would recommend and will go again!

This is by far THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IVE EVER HAD!!!! I've been going here to get my fix for the past 17years and hope they never close. And is THE ONLY place I go for Chinese food. I dont live near but will drive out to Chesterfield just for their food. The lo mein noodles are AMAZING!!! And omg the Crab Rangoon is out of this world delicious!!! Can't say enough good things about this place. I've never once been disappointed with the food or service. They cook so fast too. If you are craving Chinese food, check this place out!!! You will fall in love!!
FOUND A DEEP FRIED ROACH in our takeout. I'm guessing rice because all I out on ny plate was fried rice and steamed dumplings. $80 in the trash.
Interesting event this evening at this restaurant. I am from St. Louis, but no longer live here. So when I come, I always like to get Chinese food. Instead of going to North County I have been going
Valley wok. This evening we chose to eat inside of valley wok and to talk with someone that we brought. I did not eat any of my food because I was not hungry, but I wanted to pack this on the plane and take it back with me. They serve the contents in a Styrofoam container. A Styrofoam container for traveling is not the best and it’s not the sturdiest. Upon leaving the store, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I could have two to go containers for me to pack and a little bag for the crab Rangoon. The odd thing is he did not want to give me the box to pack the fried rice. I have been to the establishment on numerous occasions and based on him wanting to debate with me about a $.03-$.05 box, he has lost my business and I will go to the mini Chinese restaurants that are on Olive or either that are in North County.
The person we brought was a first-time customer and with that she said she would never come back as well.
I have exclusively bought only Valley Wok for the last 10 years. I moved twice and I still chose them! I've drove from Florissant for 5 years, and for the last 2 years I've drove up from House springs. I pass many Asian restaurants and various other food options to give my business to Valley Wok.
They don't skimp you on the vegetable/meat ratio and the flavor is my favorite. Obviously they do great if I've been a loyal customer.
I'm disappointed in them recently. I ordered 2 dinner plates, steamed dumplings, and an egg roll. We usually spend around 35 to 40 dollars. They forgot to put the sauce for the steamed dumpling in the bag so I had to go back. I did not get an apology or anything. He acted like I was bothering him. He handed me the sauce and walked off. I wasnt rude or anything. Just asked for sauce because it was not in the bag. The last 3 times I've been there they used 3 different types of chicken for their dish. It's not consistent. I order the same thing every time and it should be the same. Sometimes the flavor and portions are off too. Maybe it depends on who's working? But the type of chicken shouldnt regularly change.
Poor customer service enough times will lose a loyal customer.

It's a good stop on way home. Decent food and good prices. Try the wonton soup and the valley chicken
I had the most horrible experience with the young man who was working the register. I ordered a lunch special but was charged $18 and when I asked questions about the price, he started yelling at me and saying, "That was the price!" After being totally disrespected, I started yelling back and vowed never to go back!!! Horrible customer service and the food was salty and wasn't fresh!
The food was great and affordable for me.
Good take out for regionally adjusted (seasoned) Chinese food. This trip, the food was on the very sweet side (seasoning). The sweet was prevalent throughout all of the cooked items. The steamed rice was of good quality. They accept credit cards, and food can be ordered online. Though there inside seats and tables, eating in not really an option.

Today I Ordered a 6pc chicken wing appetizer and received only 4 in my DoorDash order. I haves ordered wings before and they give 6 whole wings for $8.29. When I called to advise I only got 4 wings the guy said they used to give 6 half wings so now they give 4 whole wings for order, which is a lie. The wings look like the size of Cornish hen wings. $9 for 4 chicken wings is highway robbery and crazy. I order from here weekly but this turned me completely off. Food cost too much to be shorted. I will no longer patronize Valley Wok.
