Food is very good! I’ve tried lots of other Chinese places around our area and this one is my favorite, have ordered several times. The lo mein is particularly good.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. The service has gone straight down hill. Not the first time this happened but this will be my last. We ordered our food at 6:05. We were told “20 minutes”. They always say “20 minutes.” My food was ready at 6:55, 30 minutes late. They should have told us it would be 50 minutes when we ordered. I would have gone elsewhere. No apologies, nothing. They treat you like you’re lucky to get your food. Enough is enough.

My step dad said this is his favorite Chinese restaurant near his place so we ordered all our favorites. He said he has never eaten in only take out which meant we went old school by calling and picking up. Food: everything was really good and what I wanted. I do not get good Chinese food in Houston and this was much needed. I love St. Paul sandwiches and only can get them in St. Louis. I picked the special because the price was amazing. It was filled with all the meats perfectly. I loved the crab rangoon they were filled and fried to perfection. I was not a big fan of the mini egg rolls they were lacking in filling and the fried wontons have mystery meat (I've never had one before). The rice was good filled with flavor and not greasy. Next time I'm in town and come visit I would order from them again.

Last month we ordered and it was wonderful. Tonight not so much. First we were told they were out of all beef entrees. When my husband went to pick up our order the lady in the back came out saying wait here is the shrimp. We ordered a fried shrimp appetizer. When we got home they shorted us our crab rangoon. First time calling in tonight we said we were placing a to go order and the guy hung up. We called right back and he answered with hello not Valley Wok. Why bother calling to say they shorted us something we paid for with the way they communicate. We just won't give them our $$ anymore.

This is my favorite place but lately they have been messing up. This hasn't happened in the years I've been coming here until recently. Within the last year the food has been hit or miss and they don't pay attention to details requested on the order. I made sure to order way more during Covid in hopes they wouldn't go out of business. I love this place but something is off.

If you work in Chesterfield, this a staple lunch spot. The lunch deals are an extremely great value and the food is delicious.
Got take out last night here and am still violently Ill this morning and afternoon. Food tasted good but must have been undercooked. Save your stomach and eat somewhere else.

The 1 star rating is due to I asked for no eggs in my rice and there were tons. The beef n broccoli should be called broccoli with hint of beef. I forgot to say the broccoli was extremely hard. Honestly the beef was the best part of the meal. Crab rangoons were pretty decent. Sorry to say I won’t be back.

BEWARE OF PRICE "UPDATES" - our order increased by nearly $10 in base price between DoorDash order (which, since it is digital, should be accurate) and pick up 25 min later. Really? A price increase 20 min ago??!! The food is OK, but I will not return based upon business practice.

Best and authentic Chinese food I have ever tasted. I am not a fan of Chinese but my son was hungry and wanted it. I wish I would have taken a picture of the food because I couldn’t stop eating it. While this is an absolute hole in the wall kind of place - it’s a must try.
