Did a online order. Checked in. Sat there for 10 minutes. Called in. Said they needed a runner. Waited another 10 minutes. Food came out finally. The drink was half full. No reply to fill up. I went in myself to fill. By the time I received the food, French fries were cold. Terrible customer service.

Yeah they forget the straw quite frequently at this McDonald's and door dashing also I specifically asked for a straw and didn't get one I even messaged the dasher to make sure a straw is in the bag no straw 😑

It's 10-30-24 I pulled into this Mc Donald's at 3:55am the lady said I'll be right with you. The time now is 4:20am. Many people have pulled off I have literally sat here for 25mins this is ridiculous & I have to go to work. I pulls off it's a lady just on her phone in the window that's crazy with two long lines. They really need to do better.

McDonald's on 69 Highway in Claycomo. Needs to trim the bushes or remove them because its very difficult to exit onto 69 Highway.
