Absolutely horrible customer service. 8/18 walked in, no customers at the counter, 3 cars total in drive thru. Stood at the counter watching 4 employees stand at the drive thru window talking. After 3 minutes of being ignored I went to Wendy's. Done with this place for good. Tried again 12/24/2025 having two intercoms in the drive thru really messes the employees up.

Time and time again this McDonald’s disappoints!! Last time we went it was around 4pm the buns were so hard my son banged his on the table and they didn’t break or crumble lol. Tonight is the last straw not only did we wait 10 minutes in the drive thru being the only customers there but the buns were just as hard and my husband’s chicken was raw in the middle and their timers tell them when to pull chicken which means they pulled it early even though we sat there for 10 minutes and on top of that the fries were old and re dipped never again. I would give no stars but that’s not an option

We’ve been to this location multiple times and now every time we are in the area I specifically want to stop here because the burgers have been so fresh and delicious every single time. The wait time is the part I would give a 1 star for, but I guess that’s the trade off for fresh food each time. If they could make that happen in a more timely manner, that would make the experience even better. But I really can’t recommend this McDonald’s enough solely for the taste of the food.

Don’t come here on break. It’s the slowest McDonald’s that ever existed. I’m talking slower than molasses on a winter day.
Did a online order. Checked in. Sat there for 10 minutes. Called in. Said they needed a runner. Waited another 10 minutes. Food came out finally. The drink was half full. No reply to fill up. I went in myself to fill. By the time I received the food, French fries were cold. Terrible customer service.

Yeah they forget the straw quite frequently at this McDonald's and door dashing also I specifically asked for a straw and didn't get one I even messaged the dasher to make sure a straw is in the bag no straw 😑
