The majority of our experience was fantastic. The food and service was excellent from the valet parking to our server. Food and service were excellent. Had porterhouse steak and it was prepared perfectly. Maytag blue potatoes and brussel sprouts were also delicious. Only complaint was it was a bit noisy but it was very busy.
Very disappointing. I've dined at 801 in Des Moines and it was superb, so I was excited to try 801 in St. Louis for my business meal, but the experience was terrible and the STL location has a very long way to go to come close to the Des Moines level of service.
