We had a lovely dinner at Fish 801. The oysters were delicious. We had asked the waiter to choose two options for us based on our flavor profile and he did a great job. He also went out of his way to ask about the caviar we wanted which he was told was sold out. Turns out they had an incoming order that day and it was actually available. The lobster fried rice was yum! And the sea bass was cooked perfectly and tasted so good. We enjoyed how close this restaurant was to our hotel...

Sooo, for the negative…Service here is a bit slow even on “slow” nights. I’ve been here a few times and each time my party and I have waited up to 20 minutes before being acknowledged and receiving water at our table.

Celebrated my birthday here. This was my fist experience at 801 Fish and I will most definitely come back! Our waiter Austin was great! Our food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance didn't disappoint. I would totally recommend if you are a seafood lover like myself. The Chilean Sea Bass with miso was absolutely amazing!! So fresh and delicious!! There were definitely other things that I want to try on my next visit!!
