I stopped in today for the first time, what an amazing experience. Lauren was our server. She was absolutely awesome. I believe we have seen her from another clayton restaurant. Great knowledge and sense of humor.
She is definitely an asset to your company. What an amazing person. We will be back. Food was sooo good as well.

The food is delicious and I do like the restaurant overall. But I took a star off because the waitlist time is a lie. The wait time will be 2 hours but they’ll tell you it’s 40 minutes. You’ll wait and wait and wait and they’ll tell you “10 more minutes.” I would highly recommend joining the waitlist from home or coming before the 10 am rush. If you come in and hear the waitlist is 40 minutes and people are lining up the door go somewhere else.

Previous reviews mentioned how amazing the service was and how helpful the server was with regard to a gluten allergy and how great the kitchen was. I had the opposite experience this morning. Our server was rude and told me the only option was an omelet but even that would be risky. This was a disappointing experience.

Food was pretty good, our main issue was the server sliding in that pancake under our noses. Given it's only a $4 upcharge, but that's very sneaky and foul. She didn't recommend either, simply asked what kind we wanted and waited until we decided. Inform your patrons of any and all upcharges, especially when it will show up on their receipt.
Edit: Alanna is amazing and communicative and was able to resolve our issue. I updated my review to reflect that.

Typical wait time for a sun breakfast or brunch.the hostess was great,she knew what she was doing and helped out where she could. It wasn't a long wait for the food although they were very busy. I got two blueberry and banana pancakes cooked in bacon grease,you gotta request it. The pancakes were huge,perfect color and they serve red them upside down,I guess to show the fruit was indeed added,I'm not mad about it! I also ordered two eggs over med,which all restaurants get wrong but get it right the second time. Although only like one other restaurant has gotten it right on the first time Half and Half also got my eggs right the first time,AYE! I also got the fries potatoes,now when they came out I wasn't impressed because they looked plain and dry but they were crispy on the outside and tender on the side and delicious! We ordered mimosas,the whole champagne bottle,oj and grapefruit,only flavors they have for mimosas,which was good! We ordered the donuts holes which I definitely recommend and it comes with a chocolate sauce. Try them before dunking then, crispy on the outside with cinnamon and sugar and soft,sweet and slight tang on the inside sooooo gooood and the chocolate sauce makes it even better. The chocolate sauce is not too thick or thin and is a perfect addition to the donut holes. My sis got the salmon hash or skillet and the combination of ingredients was very surprising and delicious and definitely recommend! I will be back. The only complaint I have was how hot it was on the inside,I mean I was hot and sweating but the hostess said they were aware and was due to a AC issue that was worked on before and was addressing the issue. Over all we had a great experience!

Need to get on the wait-list if you are planning to go with more than 2 people. Outdoor seating available. Be ready to wait for food and drinks we waited nearly 20 minutes for drinks and 30-40 minutes for food. This is a popular place. Food was great and the specials were very good as well. Menu selection was very good and prices are fair. Street parking is available and there is a parking lot in the back of the building as well.

I really like this place. It was my second visit. The menu for breakfast is large and varied. Something for everyone. My one star deduction is because both times I visited the floor, bathroom, chairs, etc are not clean. I recommend a deep clean and paint for the bathrooms and having someone be in charge of cleaning off chairs and the floor before the next customer sits at a table.

Wonderful service. Great food. One of the A/C units was out so it was crazy hot inside (heat index of 106 outside) - I felt so bad for for staff who were clearly suffering, but they were still all smiles and gave amazing service even though you could tell they were ready to drop! Tip extra!! They are waiting on repair but the a/c repair guy got heat stroke 💔
