A dinner at I Fratellini is always a special treat! The quality remains unchanged in the last 15 years we are enjoying this restaurant. Quaint, cosy atmosphere with just a few tables is very relaxing and perfect for a conversation. Wine list is great and food is exceptional. Wild mushroom tagliatelle with garlic sauce is incredible. One has to call in advance to make a reservation, but it is all worth the effort! Thank you!

A hidden gem in a quaint neighborhood business district on the outskirts of Downtown, Clayton-- our party of three had one of the best meals at this Italian eatery.

Visited for an anniversary meal while in St. Louis for the weekend. Delicious selection of Italian food with fascinating chef specials. Treated us to some sparking wine and we also enjoyed some of their grappa and amaro. Friendly and engaging wait staff. Our server steered us in the right direction when ordering. Would definitely return. Expensive but a good value for the money.

Found my way to I Fratellini while I was in St. Louis for work last week. Easily the best place I've been to in St. Louis and will be back. The restaurant is in a gorgeous neighborhood, the food was wonderful, and staff even better. I enjoyed the rack of lamb and had a nice glass of wine, all very reasonably priced for the quality. Can't wait to return on my next visit to St. Louis!

We visited this restaurant tonight which I had visited 2 years ago and had a great meal however I feel that they must've change chefs because the meal tonight was absolutely horrid from the terrible artichoke heart appetizer to their pasta special which was over oiled had no flavor and just was not worth the $29 they charged . terrible wine list it is terrible and I am in the wine industry for 25 years and their wine does not pair well with their dishes. Choices were limited to one country . Not good business .The dessert was supermarket quality at best, not homemade. That was the tiramisu, I don't recommend at all. You can see the other reviews here, but I have visited some of the best Italian restaurants in the USA and this rates poor at best. My friend had a pasta dish, that was just “ok”. There are far too many other great Italian restaurants in St. Louis. Just sad we wasted the night.
