Baked Lasagna was OK, had kind of a sweet taste to the sauce. I'm not a big fan of pomodoro sauce. I prefer Marinara, It was over cooked. I thought the best part of the meal was the garlic bread. $10 all together these days is a very reasonable price.

My first time ordering from this location. I ordered Online. After placing my order and noticing one of the toppings was incorrect, I fat fingered sausage…I immediately called 30 secs after ordering to let them know there was a mistake. I waited 3-4 mins to talk to someone. I was put on hold 2xs. After the call being answered I was told it was too late it was in the oven. I even asked if the topping I wanted could be added. I went to the location because I was still going to purchase the pizza. I mentioned the situation and the guy tells me “Oh yeah I know I wasn’t The one you talked to, but your pizza was half way done.” And he went on to dismiss the conversation asking how I was paying, I told him he could keep the pizza. His attitude was stank.

Just ordered a large all meat pizza and an order of fried chicken wings, the chicken was hard as a brick and burnt to a crisp the pizza barely had any toppings on top it Was Horrible! Clayton Imos Pizza on Maryland Ave, very cocky manager. We spent $80 on pizzas & he refused to remake 1 of 3 pizzas we ordered which two of them were just horrible. These two were supposed to be the same, sausage & pepperoni. Not satisfied with this product at all or the service of the manager, Jordan. These were delivered, then we called & was told to bring them up. We got there, he was immediately defensive & didn’t want to do anything to fix the issue but said that 2 different employees made the pizzas. They still should look the same so when I asked for corporate number, he gave me the wrong number. As we were leaving he’s laughing saying have a good day.

I went to pickup sausage and Extra cheese pizza. The guy said 5min I waited 20min. So I looked at the pizza there was no extra cheese l said I paid for Etra cheese. He said he measured the cheese and it is. I asked him to make the pizza over he refused said no. I said me the customer will not be satisfied I want my money back it's been 3 days and I haven't received my refund back yet

The food is horrible. I am a preferred customer. My job is right around the corner. That's where I go to eat and spend my money. Not anymore. The delivery guy brought me a not well done cold pizza. And the salad that they made was horrible to. I will never spend my money there again. ?

We finally got the opportunity to get the St. Louis style pizza. We had it delivered, so that meant we didn't get the chance to be in the building. The only reason for four stars - We ordered the Square Deal, and it didn't disappoint. Sixteen slices with different toppings. Provel bites, which is a St. Louis cheese staple (Cheddar, Swiss, and Provolone; it has a low melting point). The toasted Ravioli were great! The finisher was the Cinnimos (little cinnamon bites) were glazed to perfection. Since we were staying in our favorite hotel, delivery was just a phone call away, I almost used the online. However, I like the human touch sometimes.
Vegetarian options: So, as vegetarian now for several months, I found the selections for no meat really agreeable to my tastes. While they may not have a protein per se, they do have a variety of vegetables that still bring flavor to the table.
Kid-friendliness: Since you can build a pizza any way that you like, this makes it kid friendly in our house.
Good evening. I was actually bragging about the IMO’s experience to a newcomer. So I decided to call in a delivery from the Clayton location. 5/13/24 @ 7:35pm, whoever the young man is that answered to take my order needs a break. Completely rude. I asked what was on the chef salad and he responded egg and chef mix. I asked, so what’s in the mix and he stated the meats and lettuce, I asked were there black olives, HE responded, I JUST TOLD YOU WHAT WAS ON THE SALAD! Completely unacceptable behavior. I’m really disappointed after bragging so about my hometown pizza. Needless to say I asked to speak to someone else and he put me on hold. I eventually hung up. Not good, IMO’s …not good. Had planned a large order, but with such horrible phone etiquette, CLEARLY IMO’s doesn’t need my money and unfortunately, I will not eat tonight.

Welp. We don’t get Imos often and when we do, it’s delivered from the same location. Each time - it doesn’t live up to our memory of the Old Imos. Pizza was tough. Overdone. Not that tasty, a little “gooey” pizza it used to be. Salad had only enough dressing for 2/3 of the small salad. Everything seemed tasteless & tough/dry. And not like we remembered. Guess IMOs has changed.
