Welp. We don’t get Imos often and when we do, it’s delivered from the same location. Each time - it doesn’t live up to our memory of the Old Imos. Pizza was tough. Overdone. Not that tasty, a little “gooey” pizza it used to be. Salad had only enough dressing for 2/3 of the small salad. Everything seemed tasteless & tough/dry. And not like we remembered. Guess IMOs has changed.

The wings and provel bites were great. There apparently is a very small limit on cheese provided on pizza not even covered the pizza to the edge. The cheese garlic bread was even worse it should be just bread. Not much garlic either. The total was $73!?!The app sucks

I was told to visit this very popular pizza staple in St. Louis. I’m not usually a big pizza guy but I was open to the experience because nonetheless I love food. (LOL) I got a medium two-topping pizza (sausage & pepperoni) & an order of hot wings. The style of the pizza was thin crust to which I didn’t particularly care for but I still ate it . I did enjoy the hot wings (I am a big hot wings type of guy & they didn’t disappoint in that regard)The cashier was very friendly.

This is by far and away the worst Imos I've had to deal with. 9 times out of 10 my food is wrong. The last 3 times I've order from them, my chicken stripes are inedible because they are burnt. The last time I checked when I picked up my order and when I pointed it out, the staff acted like I was in the wrong for wanting my food to not be burnt. The majority of the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. They act like you are inconveniencing their day. Today I put in an order for the appetizer and salad lunch special. They forgot the dressing the salad and the second dipping sauce for the appetizer. I caught the one for the appetizer before I left, but I didn't think I had to check the salad for a dressing. I guess that was my mistake. When I called the store to tell they forgot my dressing, they said well you can come back up and get it. Now, I'm sure about everyone, but why should I have to go pick it up when they are the ones who screwed up the order. Then they said they would give me credit for a dressing...for a freaking dressing. What good does that do me when I can't eat my salad currently. I, like many people, only have a certain amount of time to go get lunch. It's not like I can just leave whenever I'd like to go get something that should have been there to begin with. The general manager of the store was extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently, he could only come up with 2 options, me being screwed or a dressing credit. Absolutely, the worst experience of any Imos I've ordered from. Horrible customer service and total attitude every time. Will never order from them again. My advise for those that still order from them...check ALL your food before you leave because it will be on you if you don't.

Ive been to this Imo's a few times and everytime I go, it seems the cashier Dylan has an unfriendly disposition. In addition, I asked for my wings to not be drenched in hot sauce(because they do it everytime)...and of course they were. It makes them nasty to me and now I'm unable to them. There are several places to eat in Clayton. I will not spend my money here again.

It is what it is. A Saint Louis fave but probably based on nostalgia than actual taste.

Best pizza I have ever had, and the cheese on that pizza is by far the best.

The square beyond compare! This location is take out only. There's a bench inside to wait for your food but no indoor/outdoor seating. There's metered street parking right outside along the street. Service and quality were as good as any other Imo's I've had.

Overall the pizza was as expected, good temperature good taste. It's been a while since I got back to imo's so this was a taste of home. Service was a little gruff but there was an issue that they took care of right away so generally satisfied.

Very disappointing as this used to be my go to IMO’sPizzas were dry, almost no toppings,Cheese, or sauce. When you pay over $50 for a couple pizzas and provel bits, you could at least put enough sauce and cheese on the pizzas.I’m done with Imos. They are all so inconsistent with quality,‘it’s just not worth it.

ST LOUIS STYLE PIZZA!I was bummed to see that this place only had four stars. The thing is you have to know what you are in for with St Louis style pizza. It's like a cracker with a pizza on top but I really liked it!My main complaint was that it was kind of pricey for delivery, although I did appreciate how customizable everything was (I got half hamburger half pepperoni). They also cut the pizza in squares, which some hate but I love.If you are visiting and need delivery, get this. It is an authentic St Louis experience for sure. Their wings were also decent and delivered pretty. I would avoid the salad, although I liked that they offered it.Vegetarian options: The offer salads that are not stellar but passable for vegetarians. They also have some great pizza options with veggies!
