We tried several dishes, and overall the experience was pretty average. The chicken popcorn, mustard cucumbers, and vegetable tempura were all just okay.

The volcano fried rice leaned more toward sweet than savory. Since we prefer spicy food, it wasn’t a hit for us—though people who enjoy sweeter flavors might like it. The biggest disappointment was the vegetable ramen. It was bland, the broth tasted starchy, and honestly, it was the worst ramen I’ve had.

For dessert, we ordered the matcha tiramisu, which was fine but nothing special.

Overall, it was an average dining experience, and we likely wouldn’t visit again.

Very cute decor. Good menu items. The bibimbop was just okay. It was my first time having it and I was expecting more flavor. The garlic steak bites were good; they were in a sweetish sauce. The volcano friend rice is cool because they cook the egg on the steaming hot plate at your table! I definitely recommend the the Matcha Tiramisu and you can never go wrong with tempura!

This was my first time trying real Ramen.

I’m used to the 99¢, take home and make yourself ramen and this place probably just ruined that for me.

The photos don’t quite show it but the portion of Ramen you receive is fantastic. They don’t skimp and make sure you have plenty to eat!

The Pork bone broth had a lot of Umami flavors and was very savory. The roasted Chashu tasted like thick cut of bacon or pork belly that was well seasoned and delicious with every bite. Every component of this dish had flavor to it and each ingredient really complimented one another.

The Black Pepper Garlic Steak Bites were packed with flavor. Really meaty cuts of steak that had a surprisingly slight sweet taste to them even while being very savory.

I didn’t dine in but the atmosphere of the restaurant was extremely inviting, with a nice crowd dining in, and the staff were very friendly as well.

Thanks for making my first “real” Ramen experience as great one Jinzen, I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

Dropped in here for some ramen and was disappointed.
The ramen broth was lukewarm, not hot. The egg was overdone and chalky texture and was cold as well - like it had just come out of a fridge. The pork slices were quite good and the hottest part of the bowl! The noodles themselves were crunchy in the middle (CRUNCHY, not chewy). I barely ate them. Broth flavor was good.

The matcha tiramisu had good flavor but was still frozen in the middle with ice chips… clearly from the freezer and not fully defrosted.

The interior is very very nice and the service was great. Maybe this place does other dishes well… but I won’t be back for the ramen.

Such an incredible spot to eat! Atmosphere’s phenomenal and the food & drinks are out of this world! We had so many delicious appetizers and entrees and the service was incredible. The manger Charlie took such amazing care of us and really showed us a great time. Dinner here is truly the best and we cannot wait to return!

We came in to this restaurant with the family on a cold day, December 29th 2025 on a trip to St. Louis. The boss led us to a table close to the door while the whole restaurant was quite empty. We felt cold while waiting for the food, so asked to move a bit inside table, but the boss wasn’t happy with it which seemed rude. The food is OK but not worth of the price. So not recommend this restaurant.
