Meal as usual was very nice. Waitress stated she was new and did not know even know the ingredients in dishes to deal with someone with allergies. That can be understandable, but she didn't offered to check on ingredients. She just blundered ahead and then had to bring different food to the table because she just didn't know enough and wouldn't ask the kitchen.

I hate to do this, but the food was just average. The seafood chowder was missing seafood, mostly big chunks of potato. The shrimp pasta was garlic noodles, but not a lot of other flavors. Added a couple of scallops to the dish and they had no color. A bit bland. Server was wonderful, but for the price point, expected a bit more from the food. We love Oceana! We took advantage of the three course special. The Alaskan halibut was very good and the strip steak was excellent. The bread pudding and cheesecake were so delicious! We enjoyed our dinner!!

We sat outside which was lovely. Waiter was attentive no issues. I ordered lobster and Mac and cheese for $42 my lobster tail was about the size of a large shrimp and I'm pretty sure the Mac and cheese was made from the kind you buy in a box at the grocery store. My husband did enjoy his halibut. So an honest review hope it helps.
