The meal was excellently prepared and delicious. The ambience has improved with the addition of some newer artwork. Service was excellent.
Always a nice dining experience at Oceano. We love that it is open on Sunday evenings. Menu offers a great variety of seafood and land options. Cocktails are fun. We enjoyed all our selections from shrimp to lobster penne.
This was the first time I ordered pasta at Oceano. I got the lobster penne with a light sauce. The sauce was great; I was worried it would be a heavy cream sauce but it turned out to be perfect. There were large chunks of lobster, not little shreds. I felt like I ordered a whole lobster and the kitchen did all the work removing it from the shell. I saved room for dessert since Oceano has the best bread pudding and fresh baked cookies.
Easter menu was amazing, the food was fast and cooked perfectly. We got sat immediately near a window on the patio and it was a stunning day. The drinks were incredible. 5 stars all around!
Oceano is our go to for the best food .. it never disappoints.. Easter Sunday brunch was fabulous.. beautiful lobster and scallop omelettes ! They have the very best staff too !🍷😘 They are known for the best happy hour in St. Louis too!!
Went for brunch on Easter Sunday. There was nothing on the web site indicating a “special Easter brunch” but when we got there they had an Easter brunch menu and all prices were at least 2x their every day price. On the plus side...the food and service was delicious.
The food at Oceano was excellent. We had oysters and mussels as appetizers and they were great. Scallops and rainbow trout for entrees were also good. Service was spotty. We had to ask for bread... Waiter seemed preoccupied. Still a good value and excellent meal.
Wonderful place to catch up with old friends where having a nice meal and a place that facilitates conversation is a huge requirement. Had a wonderful time and their lunch specials are delicious.
I had a minivan of kids today and broke down outside of Oceano Bistro- owner checked on us, and brought out hot fries while we waited to help. Fries were delicious! Outside dining was delightful. We are definitely going back.

Service was awesome. Food was good but not spectacular. I give 4 stars when I would happily return if invited.

Pretentious inauthentic overpriced display of overwhelmingly mediocre seafood for people with more money than braincells. Not impressed.
I say this as someone who grew up on the coast and my father was a chef, so seafood was a familiar staple of my diet. Here they over salt
a fish and charge a premium for some buzzwords such as artesanal. Rather insulting, but that's the formula for fine dining. Mediocre food marketed for rich people with poor taste.
Maybe early evening stopped for dinner and greatly enjoyed our time. How to take a friend there again.

I’ve come here for dinner several times. It’s great for a date night with my husband or for birthday dinner with the family. I’ve truly enjoyed everything we’ve ordered.
The management are terrible people. Robert would have the bartender pour him a double before a shift to where he gets abusive towards staff. People like that are dangerous to society.
Always great dining there, food, service, management, atmosphere.
