Used to love this place but my mushroom pizza had so much cheese on it that it was a soggy inedible mess. So disappointed. Also brought the wrong salad.

I orderd the kale caesar. It said on the menu that the croutons were gluten free. I have Celiac Disease, and I am very sensitive to gluten. When the salad came, I asked the waiter if the croutons were gluten free. He said "yes". I then proceeded to eat a crouton, when I noticed that it did not taste gluten free. I then asked the waiter again, and he said that the croutons were multigrain, making them not gluten free.

The food had issues, my wife's kale salad was bone dry, the oven roasted cauliflower was almost uncooked and tasteless, my wings were bloody before the bone and the chicken skewer was dry and over done. We were never asked if we wanted desert and since we were celebrating a birthday that would have been nice. Just for complete transparency, I traveled for a living and am in Googles top 10% of restaurant reviewers world wide and I have had better food and service in many other places in st louis. I have had almost 90k people read my Google reviews and 36k read my trip advisor reviews, so I am not a novice. We had high expectations , but they were not met and we will not return .

Okay we need some shift knowledge here, the pizza here keeps fluctuating between some of the best i've had and some of the worst, it sucks that the quality is not consistent, if i knew that i would get pizza from the shift that knows what they are doing i would be ordering a looooot more

This is a shame to write. We have been here twice. The food is outstanding but the service is so unbelievably bad that it's not worth writing the review from the hostess stand to the waitstaff. For a high end casual restaurant with “gourmet” food it's truly a shame the staff has not been trained in simple hospitality.
Anthony was our waiter and did an excellent job! One of our guest was gluten-free and he was very attentive to her needs. Our food was very flavorful and generous portion size.
The service was horrible, waited at the bar for 20 minutes for a drink. Then when we got seated, we waited another 20 minutes. I had to ask for someone to help us. Very understaffed and or poor quality service.
Great pizza, no issue with the quality of the food whatsoever. The problem is the price. Almost $20 for essentially a personal pizza? $20 for a regular / large pizza is standard, but this thing was so small a child could eat it in one sitting. You can find comparable places that are more affordable.
20 mins to get water. Took server that long to figure out we were seated. Helped 3 separate tables that arrived after my party.
Valentines dinner for two ($45) was outstanding. Appetizers were excellent as was the pizza and the desert. Love the atmosphere and it was very easy to carry on a conversation since the tables are not right upon top of each other and the acoustics are great.

Service was okay but the waiter was new so that was definitely passable. Food was quick, taste was so/so. Their homemade pickles were to die for though! It was insanely loud, which is expected on a Saturday night.
Drove 25 min was pricey and eh. Sorry peel just want the ppl to know- too much flop/wanted tip for to go.

First time being here and when about to walk into the building the manager Candace held the door open for two yt gentlemen but as I proceeded to go to the door she closed it in my face. The man saw what she did and open the door for me. After that the manager Candace continued to be rude to me and say “we just open so the kitchen isn’t open”. I acknowledged what she said and just went to speak to someone else. She was very rude and disrespectful for no reason.

So, decent pizza, good locally produced beer (not exceptional but good), hamburger, get the large version or you will still leave hungry. No parking problems. Recommended for those looking for an almost Italian pizza in STL.
Also recommended for families.
A little noisy environment.

The 2 times I’ve been here I had to wait an excessive amount of time at the hostess station. I think it had to have been more than 15 minutes. Employees saw us and didn’t say anything. At one point I asked an employee if I could have a seat and she said someone would be with me and it was another 5 minutes no one came so I went up to the bar and asked if I could order food and at that point they sat me. Food took long to get. Happened the other time I visited too so it seems like that’s how this restaurant is. It wasn’t busy and was a Sunday evening.
