This location always is rude the younger workers and never get the size of your drink right but will diffently charge you for the one you want but you'll get whatever they think they heard and their cold brew are always to milky or creamy like drinking a glass of skim milk and usually when they make it the second time not any better....I will forever go to Richmond heights location they move fast and serve the best drinks and take care and skill in doing it

After placing a mobile order I waited 15 minutes past the pick up time when the barista asked me what my name was. She clearly saw I had been waiting long past others. She told me at first she didn’t have my order but when I showed her the order she found that someone had put the tag on the cup already. She then proceeded to continue with other orders so I asked for a refund. I got a sorry but nothing else after waiting for 30 min. They couldn’t have upgraded the drink and made it right away? Or given me a gift card for later? Never had this problem before as a regular.

If you have to ask about service or quality....you went to the wrong place. This isn’t a coffee shop, It’s a home. Like ‘Cheers’ when you walk in everyone knows your name. And your drink of choice or what they suggest you try. (Which will probably be started on as they see you walking up.) If they don’t it’s either your first time there and they’ll know it by heart soon or you went to far and your not at Starbucks. 1 of my 2 favorite Starbucks in Saint Louis for 5 years now and that’s coming from someone that worked at their 2nd favorite for 4 of those.

No there’s not a drive thru however... this location offers pleasant, efficient service. Plexiglass ordering for safety, indoor & outdoor seating options along with 6’ distance placards for a gentle reminder that people should do the customary and respect space. space.
