If you have to ask about service or quality....you went to the wrong place. This isn’t a coffee shop, It’s a home. Like ‘Cheers’ when you walk in everyone knows your name. And your drink of choice or what they suggest you try. (Which will probably be started on as they see you walking up.) The staff can be rude, and they don't seem to value customers. I'm honestly a little sick of this customer service. (Not to be mean or anything, but you guys really need to step up your game) You're going to lose customers. Next time, I'm buying from Kaldi's Coffee.
No there’s not a drive thru however... this location offers pleasant, efficient service. Plexiglass ordering for safety, indoor & outdoor seating options along with 6’ distance placards for a gentle reminder that people should do the customary and respect space. space.
