Terrible customer service. Only lady that always has a rude snobby attitude and is yelling at customers. Grubhub orders are never ready when they’re supposed to be. Terribly inefficient process.

This is the cleanest subway I have ever eaten at. I got the garlic roast beef and all my toppings were fresh and Julia was an awesome sandwhich artist.

According to the locations website they were open until 6pm, but when I tried to go on my break at 5:47pm, they were already closed. The door was locked and everything, and the lady working looked at me as I tried to open the door and just turned away and started walking towards the back. If it says “open until 6pm” it should stay open until 6pm… bad customer service.

The woman who works here with the blonde tipped dreads is probably the most rude woman I have ever encountered in my life. If I lived in this city I would NEVER come back to this location. Just lacks complete common decency as a human, let alone in the service industry. If I could give 0 stars, I would. ????????????????The guy with long hair working with her forget almost everything but he is a really cool guy. Props for not letting her attitude being him down.

The woman making my order today at around 12:15 was extremely rude. I didn't really mind that she messed up my order multiple times, but she went out of her way to say that I was going back and forth and continued to shake her head at me and my responses multiple times (responses related to the order, I never talked back to her). I've never seen a worker cause such a negative experience in 3 minute interaction. The guy working at the end/cashier area was very nice though.

Ordered in advance, received the "it's ready" message, came. There were no ready orders for me yet, so I've waited. And waited. And waited. When after like fifteen minutes I decided to ask what is the plan, the Subway worker told me that she isn't the one who sends the messages and my order is actually not even started - so get in the line, man. She started to work on my order ONLY when the guy in the line let me be first. And only then she found out that part of the things we've ordered and payed for are absent in this location, like meatballs. Indeed not the best experience over all

I eat at the subway at clayton center in clayton Mo. The staff is rude. They also seem short staffed quite a bit. Other experiences with subway have been good but not at this location so much.

This subway sandwich was ordered online and picked up at subway in Clayton. Service was prompt. The location of this particular subway is kind of hidden from the main road. There are plenty of parking since the community center of Clayton is here also. This is a typical sandwich. It is filling. I ordered plenty of vegetables and the meat. The portion is as expected as any other subway. I had the footlong, ate half before I took this picture. It is filling and big enough to be full. It does become soggy due to the vegetables if left for too long. Price is decent for the portion. If you are in a hurry and hungry, this is a filling meal or two ;)

Went twice to use up a gift card and both times staff came off with an attitude, and I had different people for each visit. I don't expect them to pretend to be happy and cheerful, I know this probably isn't an ideal job for them, but don't act annoyed when dealing with customers. It feels like I'm an inconvenience for them. Otherwise, it's a typical Subway, efficiency is satisfactory so that gets it 2 stars instead of 1.

I bought 6 cookies today and they were old and dry. I got them on my lunch break and had no time to take them back. Tasted like they were days old. Aren't the ones that don't sell the day you close trashed?

I was working in the area and stopped by for a quick early lunch break around 11:30am yesterday. I had never been to this location. I have been getting Subway for years. There were only two ladies in front on me in the store and I noticed the other lady was handling online orders. I patiently waited in line to order my food. Another lady kept glaring at me me and I wasn't sure why. She took my order & started asking me what kind of bread I wanted. But was ringing out the customer before me. I was confused because every time i go to subway over the past 20 years, they don't ask you that unless they are making your sandwich. I told her my order and what kind of bread. Then she starts making the sandwich of the guy behind me who was only there a way shorter time. I said bye!! I was so angry!!!! Do not go here.
