Horrible management also food had lots of mold and the cookies were stale don't go here everytime I went there was always mold in the food

Ordered a sub online. They got the bread wrong, no lettuce, no mayo, and no oil and vinegar which I ordered on the sandwich. I looked at my receipt to make sure I and it was on the receipt, but not the sandwich how do you make a mistake like that. I couldn’t even enjoy it. 😡

This subway seems to have less meat on their sandwiches than any other one. I make sure to write in the notes exactly how I want my sandwiches, and they still don't make them correctly. Do better!

When I come into a store I expect service not rolling eyes, gossiping, and gripping employees yelling at my family. Sandwiches were not made correctly. One sandwich was pulled from the oven too soon, when my son asked to have it put back in for the full time, the server scrunched up her face and said, “Are you serious?” It is an actual shame that they were not trained in any customer service whatsoever. Even more tragic one of the ladies was a manager this is who you want representing you? I hope you take reviews seriously as this is a huge teaching moment.

The attitudes at this store are interesting. Eye rolls and sass are one thing. But glaring at customers and rudely asking “are you serious?” When someone makes a special request… not okay. Thanks Brandy and Ballie. Rude asf.

This is one of the cleanest Subways around. They are always fully stocked on their menu items. The employees are good and professional acting. They let you use paper coupons, unlike a different Subway in the area.

I worked at this location for a few months. They only care about hiring as many people to fill positions without being properly trained. The turn over rate is crazy and they lose employees very regularly. I would not recommend applying to this location, I have went to management about several issues that was occurring while I was employed with them and they didn’t seem to care about fixing those issues due to them leaving soon anyway. The job is easy and pay was okay but after some thinking i decided to seek employment elsewhere. Many of the employees are good people and are just their to work hard and get the job done, while others stayed in the back constantly on their phones, which left us main closers to do all the work and still have the store closed by a certain time. Which was a pretty impossible job on busy days. Also scheduling, they are very flexible with working around you on needing days off which is great but terrible at scheduling for the actual work week. We would be scheduled 3 people on slow days which was pointless because everything would be done so fast there would be nothing to do but clean the walls. Then they schedule 2 people on the busiest days of the week to where we couldn’t keep up with the tasks that needed to be done to keep up with the flow of constant customers. I have went to management about so many issues that could easily be fixed or worked around if they put time into making sure they where hiring the right people for the job. Everyone working night shift was never trained properly, many have came to me who has worked their longer than me, asking me questions because I was trained a little more then what they got. I enjoyed my time working for this place and meeting all the really cool customers and regulars as well as the many co-workers I have befriended throughout my time their. I wish them the best also go to republic subway for the 6.99$ 2 ft long deal because clever store only does it online and it only works for one sandwich if you can get it to work at all. I’ve have so many customers tell me it dosent work for them but I know they do that deal at the republic store in Walmart and I’m pretty sure you don’t have to order online to get the deal.

Have to love getting your sandwich and getting home only to find you didn’t even get 2oz of meat on a footlong. This 5.99 deal isn’t a deal. They put less meat on it. Won’t be going back no matter what deal they try and run

Absolutely Ridiculous! Do not let the Subway commercial fool you. The company is trying to get business back by lying. The Subs are not $6.99. You have to order online to get the $6.99 and you only get one for that price. I attached a photo of the most pathetic footlong $12 sub ever. The photo shows 6" of the sub compared to my finger. I do not have big hands. Just to inform folks the bread is much smaller than it use to be. Another deploy to get customers back however I will not be eating there again.

This is the cleanest Subway I have ever seen. I came during a lull and both employees were friendly and service was great. The whole time there they never stopped working and it shows! Thank you!

Of all the Subways, I believe this one is as good as it gets. Love the tea dispenser! Always fresh tea, Staff is friendly and accommodating and food is always good.
