Blue Jay Scoops is a delightful ice cream parlor in Clever, offering great ice cream at reasonable prices. The shop is clean, decorated with local artwork, and features games for customers to enjoy. The owners are welcoming, encouraging the community to come and hang out. Despite a minor incident, the staff provided excellent customer service, making it a place worth revisiting.
