I have visited close to 100 McDonald’s around the world. Dublin Ireland O’Conner St. is probably the worst. Clinton Mo. is definitely in my top 5. Mostly clean but above all great service and food. My 2 visits were morning crew middle aged women with manners and a great work ethic. This was early December of 2024.
Coffee was good hot with adequate cream
Food . . . as expected. I seldom eat fast food, but circumstances dictated a departure from the routine, and I was grateful.
Order prepared correctly.
The bathroom was untidy. The toilet paper roll was lying on the floor, and the dispenser was empty.
There were no paper towels as usual for McDonald's, and they had been busy, resulting in an unhygienic puddle of water under the hand dryers that could...

Their service here seems to be always lacking. There are plenty of employees just standing around, and my food was still 20 mins late. I ordered online and checked in to my parking spot. I waited 20 mins and then had to go inside anyway to see where my food was. They had not even started my order. There were several customers that ordered curbside after I did that were still waiting when we got done eating. This restaurant is really going downhill.
