Was clean, very appreciative!
Yesterday the friendly folks at Taco Bell gave me an ice water with my food. It may seem like a simple thing, but Sonic in town refused to give me a water as the drink to go with my combo. Maybe not a big deal in and of itself, but I have a heart arrhythmia and because of that I only drink water. After leaving Sonic without ordering anything, I next went to Taco Bell. So thank you to Taco Bell for coming through for me and having common decency and being willing to give out water....read full review

Taco Bell provides a good dining experience. Staff members are kind and considerate, even during busy hours. Orders are often fulfilled quickly with extremely good food and great service. Recently, customers have noted that the staff is very friendly and helpful, ensuring orders are correct, even with large purchases. While the hard taco shell can sometimes taste old and be soggy, many have enjoyed the food overall. There have been some concerns about the Mexican Pizza tasting off, but the staff promptly addressed issues by offering replacements and additional items, showcasing excellent customer service. Toppings on the tostada can be very skimpy and only on the center of the tortilla. Dietary restrictions are accommodated. Parking is plentiful, and wheelchair accessibility is available. The manager actively oversees the team, prioritizing food safety, which adds to the reassurance of a quality dining experience.
