“Decided to stop by on the way back to KC from the Ozarks. Fries were hot and fresh, and the sandwhiches and buns were perfect! This might because of a massive storm and tornado watch, either way everything was great! Way better than the one in KC.“

“We were outsiders just on a roadtrip and went in.
Chase, the young cashier from the front was so friendly, respectful and kind.
We also liked the manager, in this day and age we need more people like you all.

“The people were very friendly and the food was hot. From what I could see, the back of the house was clean and the people wore gloves and hair covering. The dining area was clean. I was very pleased overall. The manager was out interacting with his employees. I did notice that he had a bandage on one of his fingers. But, he was not touching the food. The manager brought our food out to us and was very friendly. Everything was great UNTIL I noticed he brought our food to us without putting gloves on his bandaged finger. I kept staring at the finger. It was the sticky bandage that you wrap around a few times. Cool. But, the edges were a little dirty and for health reasons he should have had on gloves. I could not eat those fries. The chicken sandwich was protected. I went to the cashier and explained the situation and I think the shift manager overheard, I repeated the situation, she said kept saying, he's my manager. I asked, if she had her food handlers/ServSafe Certificate. She said she did and that she understood about wearing gloves. Other than that, this restaurant would have received a 100, A+ from me.“

“Yesterday the friendly folks at Taco Bell gave me an ice water with my food. It may seem like a simple thing, but Sonic in town refused to give me a water as the drink to go with my combo. Maybe not a big deal in and of itself, but I have a heart arrhythmia and because of that I only drink water. After leaving Sonic without ordering anything, I next went to Taco Bell. So thank you to Taco Bell for coming through for me and having common decency and being willing to give out water. Especially when it is 90 degrees outside.“

“Made the way I wanted, no issues and very good!! Justin was the employee there and was very helpful and nice. We ordered online and drove 20mins to get it. Was hott and ready to go when we got there. Everything was there and looked good (Wednesday around 5pm)“

“We love Burger King. We drive 20 miles to enjoy your food. But after waiting a long time, we were given the wrong food in our order. We drove home, only to discover our order( reguest) was all wrong. It wasn't worth going back to correct the problem. We think that your restaurant should do something to make amends. Please advise“
