Have to repeat the order several times and they still mess it up

This place has went to hell in a hand basket sad but it's the truth they don't know who's who and what's what they screwed up my order twice and had the audacity to charge me $0.25 for a small cup of ice water when I asked due to the fact that I had to wait so long. I can promise you if something doesn't change or something that place is going to go under I can promise you that I won't Go back not until I know changes has been made

Woefully understaffed, refused to answer the call button after the initial order, and unable to deliver an order of 2 shakes within 30 minutes on a Sunday night. This is not a first time incident.

If you are an employee at this location - you should quit. This job is not worth the aggravation and the menial pay.

If you are ownership and/or management - you should solve your staffing problems and demand forecast accuracy or continue to expect reviews such as this.

Waited at a stall for 20 mins and got no answer. Pulled through the drive thur and order a sweet tea ez ice. It taste nasty and filled to the brim with ice. :( Should not have stopped.

Waited in drive thru for over 40min last evening. Never did get to order. Finally the car ahead of me pulled out and so did I. Terrible service or in this case no service. Who ever the manager is needs to be fired!!!
