I’m not even sure obsessed is the right word to describe how much I love this place lol lol. It’s just the best thing in my universe lol. I used to be dedicated to a certain Siren’s Song ??, but I have changed my tune ?. There are just so many different options at 7 Brew and I love all the different ones I have tried so far!!! Also, they put no restrictions on how much espresso I can have - this is a strong selling point for me ☝??. I usually order an iced Cinnamon Roll (just in case you don’t know — it’s a drink?) with an extra scoop of brown sugar, 2% milk & no whip!! The service is exceptional and if you ask my sweet dog Ruby, she will tell you how AHHMAZING their pup cups are ???
Dietary restrictions: There are non dairy alternatives available for those with lactose intolerance! I do get the oat milk from time to time.
Kid-friendliness: There are many shakes and other things that a kiddo can order, that they would rather enjoy!!

I go to this 7 Brew a lot and when I got home my husband took a sip of my drink and then showed me a piece of plastic/ silicone he had sucked up we tried calling them to inform them, we even have the piece of whatever it was in my drink still, but it just took us to a corporate number where they still have yet to reach back out to us.

Overpriced coffee, it's alright until you realize literally every drink tastes the same. Employees are all high schoolers who get your order wrong consistently. Insane hordes of jeep wranglers descend on this place when they hear about a $0.10 sticker giveaway. Overhyped

The Siloam springs location let the first 10 cars have all of the ducks. There were probably more than 100 cars lined up and they didn't limit the amount. People were waiting in line for a long time not knowing that the ducks were gone. That is not okay. It is pretty crappy they did that. Also the employees thay are taking orders are still telling people thay they can get a duck.

You start with the long line, a worker on an iPad takes your order and then does the whole "take a look at my screen" with the options to tip $1, $2, or $3 on a $3 coffee order. Navigate the extra tight drive-through lanes, then wait and extra 3 minutes as the next car for just a brewed coffee. The coffee was "fine" but my cup had coffee or chocolate dust fingerprints on it and the same on the business side of the lid.

Love love love. The drinks are delicious - my obsession is the iced 7energy island dream with strawberry. And the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient (that long line moves surprisingly fast!). The only thing that I think could improve the experience is having menus posted throughout the line area. The first time I went, I was really intimidated by all of the options and, while I just jumped online quickly, I know that some people aren’t as tech savvy and quick at Googling. I absolutely love this place, though.
