Extremely Disappointing Experience.
Visited 7 Brew on a slow Sunday morning and had one of the most uncomfortable drive‑thru experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered an iced white chocolate mocha and an iced cinnamon roll—simple enough. We paid and tipped before reaching the window.
When we pulled up, the cashier asked if we had ordered a “white mocha and German chocolate.” I corrected her and said we ordered the white mocha and cinnamon roll. I then watched her walk over to the barista, who clearly seemed annoyed. The barista sighed loudly, went to the two drinks sitting on the counter, removed the lids, and leaned in extremely close to them. From my angle, I couldn’t tell if she was smelling them or doing something else, but it was unsettling to watch.
The cashier put the lids back on, handed them to us, and simply said, “Here are your correct drinks.” As we drove away, my daughter took a sip—sure enough, it was still a German chocolate.
Overall, the attitude, the handling of the drinks, and the incorrect order made this a place I won’t be returning to.

The line was really long today, and the girl brought me my drinks when I was a few cars away from the paying stand & i totally forgot i was paying with cash & drove off without paying!!! I feel bad i will bring my $9 in the AM when i get my morning coffee!!! Sorry girlies :(

I come here a lot. I love their drinks and environment. But wow, not today. We ordered two of the same drinks. Sounds easy right? Not to 7brew. We received two completely wrong drinks then when we asked about it they questioned me??? I know what I ordered. Not only did they say “no you didn’t” TWICE, then the worker rolled her eyes when I asked re make it. Then I got practically death stares from her while we sat in silence waiting for my drink. This is not the 7brew happy ‘customer is always right’ environment I know. Very disapointed. The customer shouldn’t be questioned then looked at as if they are a freak.
