Arrived to eat dinner at around 6:30pm on a Friday night. Waited for about 5 minutes, completely fine of course, and were sat and had ordered within 10. We ordered the buffalo wings and a caesar salad as our starters. Wings came out the wrong flavor, but that was quickly fixed. The salad was great, no complaints there. The wings were chewy and not appetizing. We then ordered our entrees, the asiago pasta and the thai peanut pasta. The thai pasta was AMAZING, super happy with my choice! My friend ordered the asiago pasta, and it was pretty bland. Not much to say in that regard. My friend got some of the pasta on her blouse, and asked for a small amount of club soda to get it off (which works great btw). Got charged 4 dollars for it and waited 10 minutes to get it. All in all, had a pretty mediocre experience here. Probably wouldn’t come back, but, that’s just me. If you do go, order the thai pasta, you won’t be disappointed.

I dont plan on going back. I ordered brunch and agreed to the 15% courtesy gratuity they wanted to add on to help the waiters and waitresses. Which honestly they shouldn't assume everyone wants to do that when they're getting taken out and are not being served other than walking food that was paid for to a customer. The servers refused to bring my food out. I told someone who I was when she tried to give me the wrong food and I called in to say I was there. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to get my cold food. Very disappointed because I used to really like this place.
UPDATE: ordered take out from them st least twice since my original post. I called in an order for take out and whoever took it ask me would I be providing a tip. Which let me know my thoughts are valid because they most have me on a non tipping list bc I have dined in there more than take out and I always tip when i dine in , at least 20 %,and I'm provided a service from a waiter.. So tacky to beg for a tip for takeout.

Addison South is unlike the downtown Addison’s and a completely different vibe. In addition to what I feel is a very rude attitude by servers and management at the Addison South location the food quality is not the same either. I always enjoy their nachos, but the nachos at the south location came out cold, and when I asked to speak to management about the quality of the food, the manager acted as if it was my problem and not his, that my nachos had barely had any cheese on it and they were cold. I understand that as a restaurant you can’t control everything, but it was clear to everyone at the table at the nachos were not even close to standard. After the attitude that I personally received from the manager on duty, I will not be coming back to Addison’s south. Again, just a very different vibe and not at all what I would’ve expected from this establishment. My advice if you want to eat Addison’s go to the downtown location otherwise if this is your only experience with Addison’s,if it was like mine, you won’t go back.

Honestly horrible ordered buffalo chicken pizza that was recommended by worker and for the price was horrible sauce was runny wasn’t even warm. Also on of the workers I think he was the manager or maybe the server but he was on his phone not paying attention to anyone and just nagging at all his workers. Will not be going again

It is a very nice establishment with a wonderful artsy vibe. Good menu selection and decent prices. The nachos were amazing. Great place to grab a bite and a conversation with friends.

Arrived at right time to eat 445pm the place was not busy Yet! Service outstanding and Food super delicious! Four of us we ordered one Nachos Bianco with Chicken enough for four of us with leftovers. Also we ordered two orders of Thia Chicken Salads and shared with our spouses. Salad is huge and waiter had kitchen split salads into 4 dishes our waiter named Jacob was an impressive waiter he did his job very well. This establishment is lucky to have Jacob as one of their top waiters, IMHO. Highly recommend this location to dine at make sure to ask for Jacob's section. Jacob constantly refilled our drinks without us asking and although he was hustling to help others he NEVER forgot about us! Highly recommend this location & Jacob the waiter!!! 11/8/25

We had a meeting for a party of 12 for lunch today. My patti melt was perfect except for the cold fries. Salt and pepper was provided after the meal. Two people asked for more sauce for their salads which also arrived after their meal. I asked for some ketchup but you only allow one bottle per 12 guests?
University meeting. My vote is 'no' to do Addison's South again. Nice facility for the next restaurateur.
