Agave Mexican Restaurant

Great food. Cheap lunch specials. Chips and salsa on point. Would have given a 5th star if service was a little better.

Great food...service is lacking. Waitress was not attentive at all. We had to flag her down for chips, refills, more salsa, and our bill.

I used to love this restaurant and ate there 2 times a week. In the last month or so, all of the nice wait staff is gone and the service is terrible. I sure don't understand what happened.

Horrible customer service. No one speaks English. Called in an order they gave us the wrong food because they couldn't understand us. They brought out a child to translate and they argued saying it's not their fault that they can't understand us... um no. They continued to argue when we asked to just get the correct order and then they refused to refund us! Another person came to help translate and finally we were giving our food after an hour of being there for a phone order. Ridiculous. Awful customer service. If your customer is understanding that there is a language issue then there employees should b understanding too!

I love this restaurant! I've never been disappointed by a menu item, 'Pollo Con Queso' is AMAZING! Greeted at entry, never a horrible wait, server has always been attentive. Only wish for cushions on the booths.
