I love the vintage, 1950's vibes of the shop, especially at night when it's lit up with colorful neon. What I love even more, is that the custard is absolutely heavenly. Rich, creamy and delicious all on its own, or with a huge menu of mix-ins. The only way this company could improve, in my opinion, is if they offered compostable spoons and paper cups. My favorite treat, currently, is vanilla custard in a cone, so I don't generate more plastic waste.
It was extremely soupy… I ate it in the parking lot so it’s not like it melted on the drive or anything. It was less eating custard and more drinking it. The sizing is disappointing. The small was too large for what I wanted. I wish they had a mini because now I have a tummy ache. The flavor was good and the staff friendly. Overall, I’m disappointed by the supersized cup of melted chocolate I spent $6 on. I don’t see myself coming back
First time ever being to an Andy's. Warned them about a severe food allergy. They immediately acknowledged it and followed protocols to ensure my safety. Absolutely love it. They did an amazing job.
