Had the sweetest experience here today. Took my grandkids for ice cream - it was my grandson’s 3rd birthday and my granddaughter’s 1st birthday a few days ago. I was unsure what to order (other than chocolate ice cream which is what he wanted). The ladies behind the counter suggested a scoop of chocolate and a pup cup for the 1 year old. Worked great! But what was great was that they made a big deal out of the birthdays - and then when we were sitting eating on one of their benches, one opened the window and asked my grandson if it tasted good and then wished him happy birthday again. I was so touched and he laughed and smiled. Thank you for such a fun experience!

Tonight me and my sibling went to Andy’s and we got into line and when we order everybody who ordered after us got there stuff before us and then the worst of all none of the employees had gloves on me and my family were shocked by this scenario and wondered what could they have done to our custard what if they didn’t wash there hands, after we saw this happen they throw away my dear beloved older sister ice cream we were flabbergasted please don’t come to this Andy and it need a heath inspection asap

The girl taking the orders through the line wasn’t friendly at all. Me and my boyfriend’s old fashioned drinks were birth filled less than half way to the cup. For a $5 dollar drink you would think they would fill it to the top. (The fizz is not the drink.) I get this all the time and this is very disappointing.

Kinda expensive but great ice cream though I asked if they had any kind of whippied cream and they said no, but I saw a customer with ice cream with whiped cream on it I didn’t ask them about it but so far it was really yummy

Nice selection of crafted concretes and sundaes or you can build your own from an extensive list of ingredients. Tonight, I ordered the Snow Monster that had chunks of strawberry and chocolate flakes swirled together creating a cup of heaven. Staff were friendly and although it was busy, I got my order within a few minutes.

All my life I have dreamt of the moment that I found myself step foot upon the holy grail that is the glistening pavement of Andy's Frozen Custard. Today, that dream became a reality. Yet, that reality was nothing but short-lived.
I have come all the way from Australia with the hope to make my dream true, but my excitement and anticipation was instantly incinerated when the manager and employees instantly snapped at me to leave immediately as they had decided to close 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time because they had a 'long day'.
I find this an absolute disgrace to the establishment that is Andy's, and I am leaving empty handed and heavy hearted, and I will never return again.

This location is so bad in organization(taking order and delivering )that I would give even 0 if it is posible…I ordered ice cream for my family and we were waiting a long time to get our order…ten people after us got order before us and during that time I was aprouching tree times to see where is the problem,but it didn’t help…at the end I gave them a receipt to check the order,and at the end we again got the wrong one…huge disappointent…
